Custom built town home seconds away from ocean and right on the famous Lewis and Clark Discovery Trail (9 miles long and paved). Wireless internet and cable included. Smart TVs with Netflix etc. Walk out the front door down the private drive and you are RIGHT downtown Long Beach, checkout our favorite restaurant and bar Castaways Seafood Grille and many other great joints. Walk out your back door and you are at the beach. This property sits right on the beautiful wood long beach Boardwalk, perfect for daily strolls. Stroll south and you are a short walk from Pickled Fish ocean view restaurant and bar and Adrift Spa for massages, facials, etc. (Book in advance!). Say hello to the deer and bald eagles you may often see from the back deck. Perfect for outdoor activities or just for taking it all in from the deck. As you enter, the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom is on the lower level with a private door for quick beach access. A second bedroom and bath are located on the main floor with a private loft on the third, every room has ocean views. Beautifully furnished with every amenity you can think of. 2 king beds, 1 queen and a blow up queen bed if needed, sleeping 7 comfortably. Three stories with one bedroom on each floor with kitchen, dining, living and laundry all on the middle floor with phenomenal views. Attention to detail shows in every aspect of this home. Prime views of kite fest, fireworks, and all Long Beach activities and wildlife. Be aware if there are any mobility impairments....there are three levels and the stairs are rather steep. With the main living area on the center floor, you will get lots of exercise. Other than that, it was perfect. Everything we needed was on hand, unit was clean and centrally located. Host communicated well, listing was accurate. No complaints and no issues. Grateful.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely rental for 8 nights. The views of the ocean are wonderful in both directions. This was our first time to Long Beach. We found the property to be everything we had hoped for and accurately described. The kitchen lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable (soft mattresses). There is a king bed in the master downstairs, a queen on the main level next to a full bath and laundry close to the kitchen, and a king in a lovely loft on the 3rd floor. You enter the home on the ground floor but live mostly on the main floor (the middle floor) where the kitchen is. There are 16 stairs on both levels if that matters, but even with two hip replacements I didn't have any problems going up and down the stairs. You can walk to the beach from the property via a path through the tall grass easily reaching the beach in about 5 minutes. It was also very easy to drive about 2 minutes to a beach entrance with ample parking and easy access which is what we did most of the time. This is the best walking beach we have ever been on. The beach itself goes on for miles, and it is very wide. It is hard packed, flat sand without rocks making it a beach walker's paradise. We went at the end of May-very beginning of June. It was quite cool and windy most days requiring a warm jacket with a hood or hat. The owner was pleasant and extremely helpful and kind to work with which was much appreciated. We'd love to come back one day. Long Beach is laid back and relaxing.

Amazing location - highly recommend! Everything about this booking was smooth and easy from the confirmation, check-in, stay and departure. Everything was clean and well stocked (bathrooms and kitchens). Everyone in our group commented as to how comfortable the beds and pillow were, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Best of all - the view. Gorgeous views of the ocean, boardwalk, wildlife and birds. Conveniently located near downtown but in a quiet area. Definitely will book again if I return to the area.

Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. 5 min Short walk to the boardwalk and beach directly in front of townhome. Outside water hoses provided for cleaning ocean sandy feet and toys. Kitchen fully furnished made cooking easy along with a wine fridge which provides for perfect relaxation accompanied by stunning sunsets. 3 bedrooms very comfy for restful sleeping. All guests should be physically able to navigate stairs as main living is upstairs from entryway. This property was exactly what I was looking for. Would absolutely stay here again. The home is immaculate, my reason for 4 stars in cleanliness is the cleaners did not fully dry towels before removing from clothes dryer; they felt damp, cold and smelly when pulled from the linen closet for use, after noticing this I just redid the towels in the washer and dryer in the home. All cleaning and laundry supplies were fully furnished. Made for quick easy clean up.
