Two bedrooms (one king, one queen bed), bath, large living/dining area with cathedral ceiling and additional twin bed, cook's kitchen fully equipped for cooking and wine/cocktails, food processor, expresso machine, washer/dryer, private balcony with dining table, 3 season outdoor shower, outdoor arbor/dining grotto with grill, off street parking with room for bikes, boats, skis and other toys. Run, walk, bike from your door. Eggs from our chickens in season; the girls sometimes stop laying in the winter :)

It was very nice, we were in and out spending with family I did not request the instructions on checking, so we may not have checked out properly due to own busy schedule.

We enjoyed our time at Grace's place while visiting for ski races in Craftsbury. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Grace was a very responsive host. We'd stay there again for sure.

Heavenly View and Property in Beautiful Part of Vermont
This is our second trip to Grace's and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it. The property and gardens are gorgeous. The view of the valley stunning. The apartment has all the comforts you'd need for a pleasant stay. Grace is a lovely host. We hope to visit again next summer!

Where do we begin? The view is breathtaking, as are the grounds and the apartment. Grace and her two special and loving dogs are wonderful. We felt at home instantly. The bedrooms are so charming and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Make sure to get up with a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the balcony. Also make sure to catch the sunset on the corner of Hunter Lane down the street from her home. Truly memorable. We love how close you are to the precious town and how close Stowe and Greensboro are. There is so much hiking around, but you could just as easily stay home and look at the mountains and gorgeous landscaping Grace has done. It took everything in us to leave and we can’t wait to come back :) If you book this place you will be so happy you did!

A mountain lover’s dream :)

Newer comfortable space, wonderful views, kitchen with everything, health food co-op just down the road, wax bench, luxurious bathroom, quaint farmhouse, fresh eggs, wonderful hospitality. We will rebook soon just to have vacation to see everything we missed.

Craftsbury convenience.....but so much more

My family and rented the apartment to be close to a family wedding. It was the perfect location. The apartment is very nice looks fairly new and has all the conveniences of home. Grace was nice enough to share her chickens' eggs which of course we had for breakfast.
Her gardens are beautiful! Very serene setting. I wished we could have stayed longer.
My husband forgot his pillow and Grace was kind enough to ship it to us. Very thoughtful!
The only slight negative was the day bed in the living room. I think it would be fine for a child but a bit uncomfortable for my adult daughter.
We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous view, Quiet space and Nice people
This is our first experience with HomeAway and it was a most pleasant one. The apartment over the garage where we stayed was comfortable and well equipped. Our host was gracious but not intrusive. The garden around the house was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Sitting on the deck sipping wine with miles of vista in front of us was a calming joy. We slept well, enjoyed scrambled eggs for breakfast using eggs provided by our host from her chickens, and were able to truly relax. We highly recommend the place.

5 star review - nothing disappoints!!!
Panoramic views indeed! The apartment, the setting, and the host exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean and very comfortable, my family enjoyed a very relaxing four days here in August. Grace is suburb host, who made us feel quite at home. The area has good hiking spots and places to explore. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful and comfortable
We were so happy to stay in this beautiful, roomy apartment that feels like a home. It was very clean, comfortable and the views were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs from the chickens we watched. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the deck overlooking Grace's beautiful, extensive garden adorned with flowers and rock sculptures. Grace was very friendly and helpful. We came up for our son's wedding but we hope to return to this peaceful haven again!

Just what you're looking for
Picture perfect view of hills, farms and horses from the property and the private porch. We were there in summer. Excellent apartment in great shape, lots of windows, comfortable beds, all very clean, a nicely designed kitchen with two windows. Owner, Grace, is very friendly and helpful. The house is surrounded by her amazing gardens. The apartment feels very private even though it adjoins Grace's house. (There's only the one apt.) The property is on a well-graded and packed dirt road dotted with organic farms, horses, and all-around Vermont-ness. Hardwick has a couple of very good places to eat and drink and a good farmer's market occasionally (ask Grace). We can't wait to go back.

Calm Repose
We had a wonderful visit (we are a couple in our 30s/40s with a 2 yo son). The spot and the view is beautiful. The property owner is welcoming, open, and ready to answer any questions. The living space was attentively decorated. The light in the space was wonderful, and the kitchen was very well equipped. All in all, a perfect stay. I wish we would have stayed longer.
