Charming, bright and sunny, this down-to-earth cottage is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just steps from the water. Enjoy the million dollar views and watch the dolphins play from your living room window! Outside, relax on your own, private beach. This is not a highly polished luxury property. Our style is more rustic and casual, so you'll feel right at home. This cottage is one of 3 private units in a large house (it's a triplex). Be enchanted with this island where there are no high rises, no traffic lights and no crowds. A two lane road runs the length of the island with pristine beaches on the west side and Lemon Bay on the east side. We are just steps from Stump Pass state park and wildlife sanctuary where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline. Shops, restaurants and boat rentals within walking distance. Grocery shopping, golf, and more restaurants all just a short drive away.

This rental was absolutely perfect, and was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to get away by myself and enjoy some much needed respite, It was everything I was searching for plus some! It was exceptionally clean and maintained, and very well equipped. I had a few interactions with Sally, the owner, and she was very kind and eager to answer my questions. If I could, I would give this rental 10 stars!

My mom husband and I stayed here for a week and sally was so good to us. Everything was better than we even expected, the property is not fancy but definitely a beautiful view and very cozy. We will be back! Thank you sally!

Awesome place to stay my wife and thoroughly enjoyed the downtime and no crowds, the kitchen and entire property was equipped with everything you need. Just run to the Publix and provision up…we never left, We did beach walks everyday and surveyed shells and shark teeth, very relaxing

Very nice smallish place, but plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. VIEW and walk out to the beach is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was so close to the water and convenient enough to go to and from the beach for drinks and snacks. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the additional beach towels came in handy. The sunsets are amazing here! This was our first time here and we can’t wait to come back and visit again!

With a private beach in the backyard we felt like we were living in a postcard. The location and layout were incredible. Sally was very accommodating. Our neighbors in the other units were wonderful. Many gorgeous sunsets at days end. Amazing stars over the water in the early morning. The only thing we would change are the beds.

Love the this place! Steps to get he beach. Three blocks to Stump Pass State Park. Walking distance to restaurants and the convenience store.. Or if you want, call the free shuttle for a ride. The property was as described perfectly. Plan on booking again soon. This will be my go to place

Beautiful property!!! Only wish the shower was a bit bigger and the bedroom had a full bed instead of two twins. We made it work. It was the most relaxing week!!!!

Wish that the place would have been cleaned more thououghly as there was dust and trash left under furniture and corners from previous guests, but otherwise aboved the property! What a Beautiful Ocean! Loved that we had an oceanfront view of it from the cottage!

Amazing location directly on the beach! Palm trees to relax under. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. With only 2 other apartments on the property the outside space was not crowded. The apartment is small and not fancy but functional

What you see is exactly what you get! Walk out of your door onto the sandy white beach with amazing views. We were lucky to also love the people that were also staying there at the same time. Brought our black lab who also had an amazing time. Many pet friendly places close by, walking distance from just about everything! If I had to find one thing that could be improved it would just be the bed. The beds are just two very small uncomfortable beds, one queen bed would be so much better. That being said, I would totally go back in a heartbeat! You will not find a better oceanfront property! Thanks for letting us enjoy a very relaxing week!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful beach experience, this is it! The unit is older, but very nicely updated. Well appointed. Walk out the door into the sand. Really enjoyed the “backyard” area where we could sit under the Palm trees and still be beachside.
