My place is close to the UC Campus, Gourmet Ghetto with it's fine shops and restaurants, Solano and its many shops and restaurants, Berkeley Rose Garden, several parks, Tilden Park, bus line and BART. Close walking distance to so many places and let located in a quiet and serene neighborhood that feels a million miles away from hustle and bustle. Ample parking in the driveway and on the street.
