THE APARTMENT: Ideally located, you can walk to the beaches, pedestrian shopping area, covered market (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday morning), supermarkets and transport. The east-west crossing apartment, with an area of 120 m2, is located in a small family building. It consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with a double bed (160X200) with balcony, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140X200) and 1 dedicated bedroom for children with 4 bunk beds and an extra trundle bed (90X200) with balcony, 2 independent bathrooms with WC (one with bath, one with shower) and shower with WC in the master suite 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster. We also have free WIFI, cable TV, parking / private closed garage 1 place and free outdoor parking. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. We do not provide personal hygiene products and provide toilet paper for the first few days. Pets not allowed. Non smokers. The town hall of Cascais applies a tourist tax of 2€/day per person over 13 years old, up to 7 days, which I will collect at check in. A supplement of 20€ will be requested for any check in after 10 p.m. Please note: due to construction work on the building in our area, which is in the finishing phase, noise may be generated between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
