The complex offers a shared indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, and tennis courts. The on-site spa offers massages, body treatments, facials, and day packages for additional fees. This vacation rental is just under four miles from Pico Mountain and five miles from Killington Mountain Resort, so you can drive yourself or take advantage of the shuttle bus for a small fee. Nearby Killington Ski Area boasts 155 trails, 22 lifts, and 1,509 acres extending across six mountain peaks. Shop and dine at several restaurants, from bakeries to sushi bars and stores along Killington Road, all within four miles of your front door. Head north two miles to picturesque Gifford Woods State Park, where you can picnic, hike the 300 acres of trails, or do a little fishing on Kent Pond. And after the sun sets, find nightclubs and live music venues along Killington Road. If the sun is shining, take your clubs up to Green Mountain National Golf Course, just four miles north, or down to the 18 superb holes at Killington, four miles south. You'll feel right at home in the sunken living room with an expansive sectional, a wood fireplace, and plenty of space to stretch out after an exciting day on the slopes. Ski shuttle details: The Woods Resort is not a normal stop for The Bus, BUT! You can catch a ride up to the Killington Ski Lodges if you stand on Killington Road (at the entrance of The Woods Resort) and jump on "THE BUS" . There is a small fee of $2 to ride THE BUS from The Woods Resort to the Killington Ski Area. Please visit: https://www.thebus.com/diamond-express-route/ ....for the most up to date schedule of the bus. To view the schedule, download the "Diamond Express Schedule". The Woods Resort will be between the 'Killington Park and Ride" and "Killington Center Inn" stops. THE BUS, runs on a regular, frequent schedule. Pico, K-1 lodge, Snowshed Base Lodge, Killington Grand Hotel and Mountain Green Resort are fare-free zones. So you could catch a ride back down for free. THE BUS even offers transportation to Rutland hourly until 11:00 p.m. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Property is clean. It is outdated, but pink wallpaper didn’t affect our fun! . Family came in for a ski weekend and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the mountain, pool, hot tub and sauna… Lots of dishes!

We had a great time in Killington. We were very surprised at the property. It was a very nice place to stay. A little large for a party of 2, but if you had a big family or a bunch of friends I highly recommend it. The only negative I could give is that the smell of smoke from the fireplace is throughout the entire home. So if you don’t want to smell campfire throughout your entire visit..find another property.

We’ve stayed at 4 different units in the past. This was the most comfortable, plenty of room. It has plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. Could use some more utensils. The past reviews said it was dated, but it was clean and everything worked.

We’ve stayed here twice and would stay again despite the general maintenance it needs badly. Windows, lights a drain that doesn’t work. The fire place flu needs desperately to be cleaned. It smells even when the damper is closed and not in use. Also the fitness center’s pool is kept too cold to enjoy. However the rooms are spacious and you have everything you need.

Home is very clean and cozy and has everything you need. We loved that every room has an ensuite. Location was great and grounds were attractive and well-maintained.
Some mattresses would need replacing, and decor could use an update, but overall a very pleasant experience!

We were very happy with the condo and everything in the condo was "as advertised". Lots of space, clean and very comfortable. I have two suggestions:
1. we were not aware that the Spa was closed from June 20- 23, so that was a little disappointing. When the spa opened on June 24, the water was too cold to swim or go in the hot tub.
2. I'm from Canada, so I turn my phone to airplane mode and I didn't get some of your communications until I arrived in VT or got home. Please send your communications one day before check-in and check-out.
Otherwise, the trip was great.

Only ten minutes away from the mountain, a spacious place with great views and loads of comforts, including a fabulous sauna and an enormous bath tub.

Clean, but needs attention. Living room windows need to be fixed, baseboard heaters are rusted. Carpet in upstairs bedroom, especially closet is really stained. Blinds in front bedroom not working properly, really needs updating.

As far as the house goes, it could easily get a 5 rating if some minor details were addressed. Little fixes such as the broken dishwasher handle, lamps and window hardware. Don't count on the spa services, they were very difficult to deal with. We weren't even able to use the pool. Overall it was a good place to stay. We were 2 adults, four teens, and one dog.

Amazing
This property was so clean, so quiet, everything I needed. 3 beds 3 and half baths. Sauna in one bedroom jacuzzi in another. I would definitely return.

Disappointing ending
We had a great stay at the property. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything we needed and the rooms were as pictured. The condo was roomy and perfect for our group. Also a huge plus they allow dogs.
A few major downsides:
1) we were promised a working grill and bought everything to grill on the fourth of july, however, there was not any propane for us to use. fortunately, my fiance was able to get some right as someone closed shop for the night. we left a new tank for the next guests
2) The day after check out, we got a message noting damage at the property. There was a claim that a panel in the fireplace was missing. This was incredibly disappointing considering that panel was not there the entirety of our stay. Of course if we had caused any kind of damage we would have done the right thing by reporting it to Vacaasa. Anyway, no follow up from VBRO yet. I hate to say this but it may always be worth taking photos of a property upon arrival to ensure you left the place just as you found it, especially if something looks questionable as the fire place did to us.

Great space, lots of privacy!
Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The condo is spacious, warm and stocked with everything you need. It’s very close to Killington skiing and many restaurants.
