Best and spacious place.
Kitchen has well equipped pots and pans. I believe everything you need for cooking.
I went in August but the place was cooler. They have provided portable fan in every room.
Washer and dryer are the best.There are 3 TVs. One in the main area, other one in the room and one in the basement.
Basement has windows and sofa bed along with 2 single beds.
The rooms on the main floors have attached bathrooms. so 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
Overall, it feels like home and yes the decor was so cozy with mountain themes.
I got the door codes on the day of my arrival along with the instructions on text for my stay.
Outdoor pool was heated and 8 feet deep, which is great.
Other advantage was covered heated Jaccuzzi which was so relaxing after all day long.
The location is in the mountains its so beautiful. I feel like instead of going over there for a weekend I should have stayed for a week atleast.
They provided with the toiletries, garbage bags and other cleaning stuff.
Vaccum was there also, I used it because I have OCD. I love cleaning before sleeping.They have ironstand and iron also.
I will definetly go again.
Lots of pacious parking.
Kellington Activity Center is 12 mins drive to spend and enjoy all the day.
The accessibility to L5 is though stairs downward. Initially it feels scary but its okay. From the car park you have to walk straight then one stairs down and then move to left. So its a bit of walking to bring the things from the car to the apartment. But Overall good exercise for your legs.
The pools and other sports amenities are shared by the other communities over there which is 3 mins drive from Sunrise. Walk is like 17 mins which is not easy with kids.Pools are located in the Sports Center.So for the pool you need to pack everything and drive to get there.But its worth it.

Views were amazing, access to trails good
Ants in the condo, limited use of facilities and had to listen to the neighbors stomp around and slam doors upstairs the last few days of our trip when they arrived

This property is at a great location, parking lot was well kept in the winter, and the property was very clean. I had no issues with booking, check-in and check-out.
The bed frame was a little loose in one bedroom

carpeting way to old and stained for any rental property.
description on booking says indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are available. not until after I booked, no refundable, was I told pool and hot tub are not open during our stay.
