About this house rental
Nestled in Hendersonville, this charming house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come join us and relax in this comfortable home away from home on 20 acres in the apple orchard on Golden Glow Farm. The house has a beautiful patio where you can enjoy a view of the mountains in the distance while the kids play in the large yard at the edge of the orchard. That same view is available through the large picture windows in the living and dining rooms, and the master suite. The spacious master suite on the main level is perfect for a couple looking for a weekend away. You can bring the whole family and the house will sleep 8-9 comfortably when the three additional bedrooms are used. The large living room and multiple seating areas will provide great space to socialize with your family and friends. The house is convenient to some of the best attractions in the area while still feeling secluded and rural. It is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Hendersonville as well as multiple local wineries and breweries. This spot is a favorite for ladies' weekends. It is a 30 minute drive to downtown Asheville or to hiking trails in DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest or Chimney Rock State Park. Because our house is located in a working orchard, there will be orchard activities periodically such as pruning, spraying and picking the apples. These should be minimally disruptive to your stay. Beyond the orchard rows are several more acres growing a rotating variety of crops (pumpkins, corn, soybeans). The view is spectacular when the trees are in full bloom. Take a late afternoon walk on the two miles of wooded trails and there is a good chance that you will meet my wife and me as we walk our dogs.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property! Everything was as advertised, and the hosts were very responsive.
The bedrooms were all away from a very comfortable living room which afforded privacy for anyone wanting to turn in early. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking tools and the dining area comfortably fit our group of seven adults.
We loved the trip, and we will definitely rent this property again.

Right away we felt welcomed. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, spacious and close to all the places we planned to visit. Morning coffee on the patio was especially nice. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. My Golden Retriever had the best time exploring the expansive yard. Even he was sad to leave. And the view was just marvelous. Definitely will book another stay!

Owner communicated well from the time of booking and that continued during our stay. The home was perfect for our family to get together and have plenty of room for board games, puzzles, cooking, and eating. We enjoyed the porches and walks around the orchard. We may make this a yearly New Years tradition!

We loved this property so much last year that we rented it again this year and would absolutely stay again! The house is perfectly located just outside Hendersonville and a short drive to Asheville and Lake Lure. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and the patio overlooking the apple orchard is our happy place!

This home is such a hidden little gem. We needed a place to stay to watch my daughter’s horse show in Asheville for the weekend and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. There was plenty of room for a family of four, pets, and in laws to stay. Also grandparents and friends came over for dinner. We will def be back

The little ranch farmhouse was perfect for our group. We hike the trails with the pups, enjoyed sunsets with the long-range Mountain View’s, and were able to truly relax. It was a great “homemade” for outing ing Asheville / Biltmore / Hendersonville.

Wonderful place to stay
This home is just what we needed to relax after a beautiful, but very busy, family wedding at Point Lookout Winery in Hendersonville. There were nine family members staying at this location, ranging in ages from 5 months to 60+ years and there was room for everyone. We loved the patio overlooking the orchard and enjoyed the fire pit and were able to have even more family members over for a cookout the last night we were there. This home made a perfect weekend even better. We will definitely return!

Cool nights by the fire overlooking the apple orchard
This lovely property offered the summer getaway we needed! The home is older, but is exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We built a fire every night on the patio (my favorite place!), while our daughter and her friend played tether ball. The house is a short drive to Sliding Rock, Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, Mills River Brewery (our fave!) and McCormick Field (Asheville Tourists baseball). I would absolutely stay in this home again!

Charming house in great location
This house was exactly what we needed to stage the pickup of our kids from summer camp and reconnect as a family. We especially loved the back patio with its fabulous views and fire pit. And our dog may never forgive us for returning to city life. 😊

Great mountain vacation spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was very clean, in a wonderful location close to downtown Hendersonville and the interstate, and had everything we needed. Plus the property and the view were really amazing. It could do with a little updating of furniture and some paint touchups here and there, but that would only enhance the property.

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying in this home for a wedding in the area. The house has plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and the property has amazing reviews. The host was very communicative throughout the renting process. I would highly recommend this home for anybody traveling to the Hendersonville area. Bonus: the relaxing hammock in the backyard!
