We stayed there with our family and friends for Christmas and it was magical. It’s the perfect place for a large group with all the bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom. Seeing the beautiful deer and huge elk were great. However, the wild horses visiting us on Christmas morning made everyone ecstatic. My 20 year old daughter cried she was so happy. We loved it and even looked to book next Christmas but it was already booked. We see why families rebook this place. The host is very accommodating and had a very nicely stocked kitchen with utensils. Definitely would go back, highly recommend.

The cabin was amazing. Even with it being cold the jacuzzi felt great. We had to reschedule our stay for unforseen reasons and the owner was great and worked with us to reschedule. The cabin was clean, had what we needed. It was a great weekend all around! Thank you! Planning to visit again.

The cabin was quaint and cozy! There was enough room/ bathrooms for our family of nine and it was great that everyone had their own space. Hot tub was wonderful on the snowy/cold days. It was also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, making it easy to get to and from the local attractions. Cabin is not new and has some issues with cracks and damaged furnishings but this added to the quaintness of it.

The water in the hot tub did not get hot the second day. The fireplace wouldn’t come on.l Love the 4 bed and 4 bath. There were not enough wine glasses for 8 people.

It was our 2nd time to stay here because we just love the house , it’s fits our family , very clean , everything you need is there , great location and owner Susan is great to communicate with , feels like I know her personally 😃. We Will continue to stay at this wonderful mountain home for our annual visit to Ruidoso

We love this house. It's a perfect getaway home. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We have stayed at this house before and will stay here again. We'll book next year as soon as we can.

It was a wonderful weekend away. The cabin was great and had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. It was the perfect accommodations for my family.

We have been booking this location for six years to escape Texas heat waves - The area rug in the LR is still a slipping hazard (noted in my last review) - We rolled it up this year and put against the wall till our departure - Rugs in all the bedrooms are in need of a good cleaning or replacement - We are a group of over age 60 Seniors and really enjoy the quiet of the Cul-de-Sac and easy parking for four vehicles - Not a major issue but higher toilets and grab bars in the tubs would be a great safety addition - See you next year …

The cabin was more than we could have asked for. Each room with a bathroom was one of the reasons we chose this unit. The beds were excellent and the AC worked very well. We saw deer off the front and back porch every day. We would love to come back. What a wonderful place to chill out for a few days.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful Mountain Home. The layout of the house is good, with a great room with plenty of seating, to the four master bedrooms with their own bath. Well stocked with necessities and extra like coffee, etc. Lot's of pillows, blankets, comfy beds.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, love that there are 4 rooms and each room had there own bathroom! House spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable and move about freely. Added bonus is the hot tub and the daily visits from the wild life.

This is a very nice place, we had a great time. The layout is perfect. There are four bedrooms at each corner with the middle being an open area with living room, dining, kitchen, bar, it’s really nicely laid out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, closet, tv, big comfortable beds. There’s plenty of furniture, hooks, and shelves in there you can unpack in. Fully stocked kitchen (both a traditional and keurig coffee maker), plenty of seating, games and cards, full sized washer and dryer. Lots of windows that can be opened. The hot tub and BBQ on the back porch were also nice. The back porch is raised and has a nice view of the trees. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac with neighbors that didn’t feel too close. Near everything. Lots of deer and elk around and seemed very clean. Couple of not perfect items but definitely not deal breakers….we needed more trash bags and dishwasher soap, ran out of both with 8 of us there cooking and eating. Ice maker didn’t work. Fireplace didn’t work, or we just couldn’t figure it out, would be nice to have some instruction on how to use it, the TV’s, where to bring trash, owner’s favorite places to eat, shop, etc. Luckily we did have teenagers on hand to figure out the TV’s. None of these were big deals and the good FAR outweighed any issues. The front porch had nice seating and a really pretty view of the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again. A note to future travelers…Midtown (on Sudderth Dr) is a nice area to shop, but everything closes at 5:30/6. Anaheim Jacks had long waits every time we went. We finally got in, the food was good, fries soggy, beer flight really fun with all the beers they have on tap. Our favorite was a hole in the wall called Jorge’s for Mexican. Really liked the products at The Soapstore on Sudderth, natural ingredients, they’ll mix up your own body butter and salt scrub, knowledgeable guys working there. Back Country Attitudes for Polaris rentals for four wheeling a blast, highly recommend. Go the full 4 hours and have someone there with some experience in off-road driving. Wouldn’t do the snow tubing again, white sands is fascinating and a lot of fun. The gondola ride to the top of the mountain at Ski Apache was fun, expensive but we like that stuff. Ruidoso is a great town and very friendly

House was awesome. Each bedroom had a king and its own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we needed to make our meals. We left some spices we bought that weren't already there. Great location for access to areas around. Hot tub was great.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was very open and quite large. We had lots of space for games, eating, and relaxing. It had everything we needed! Communication with manager was good and they were ready to help with what we needed! Hope to stay there again soon!

This house is beautiful inside and out, comes very well stocked and the owner responds quickly for any questions and is sooo helpful and nice !! Our group of ten had adults, teens and children and we were all comfortable and enjoyed being there. Will definitely book again !!

We loved the way that the property was set up. Each bedroom was in an opposite corner of the home and each had its own bathroom. It was great for our family along with Grandparents. We can't wait to visit again.

The only reason it wasn't 100 out of 100 is we encountered several spiders, and the grill outside was very dirty and it had no propane. Other than that are definitely saving this spot to stay every time we go back.

This was our 2nd trip to this VRBO. 1st morning the showers were tepid but very responsive manager fixed the problem quickly. It would be helpful to post a note about operation of showers as none of us were familiar with it. GREAT TRIP!!!
