About this condo rental

Situated in Rosemary Beach, this lovely condo for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our 4th Floor Gulf View, Poolside Condo has the best view of the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool at High Pointe and the Gulf beyond. In November 2015, we blocked off the entire month to Remodel the Kitchen, Master Bath, Guest Bath, Repaint and Replaced Fixtures. We blocked out the entire month of November, 2015 to Remodel the Kitchen (new Cabinets, Granite Countertops, Fixtures and paint) as well as the 2nd Bath and Master Bath Vanities, Fixtures and Countertops. In May 2012 we spent $60K on a remodel including new paint, tile, appliances, fixtures, furniture, mattresses, electronics, flatware, cookware, utensils, fans, linens, etc. In 2013 we continued the upgrades with a new King Bed and Chair in the Master and more Kitchen provisions. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as SoWal wakes up and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head up to the condo for a sandwich and relax on the balcony while keeping an eye on the kids enjoying the pool and waterfalls. As the day heats up take a short walk to the Sugar Shack in Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Treat the kids to a toy at GiGi's. Return to your umbrella and enjoy magic hour as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening. Dinner time. Walk to Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine. As sunset time approaches head down to the board walk for a toast to a beautiful SoWal sunset. Location of this property is great! Having a private beach with chairs set up every day was nice. AC worked well which is necessary in the FL humidity. Loved the view from the balcony. Property manager was good at communicating regarding maintenance that needed to be performed while we were there. We enjoyed our week despite the rain. Sadly we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant on property due to the weather and it being closed. We didn’t notice any games which is always nice for those rainy beach days, but a quick run to Target for cards was easy. We did reduce cleanliness by a star for a few reasons. We’d give it a 4.5 rating. There were stained pillow cases and while the property manager was quick to respond, unfortunately some of the replacements also had stains. The other 2 concerns we didn’t bring to the property manager’s attention so they didn’t have a chance to address them, but the dishwasher is in desperate need of an internal scrubbing and the primary shower needs to have the caulking pulled and replaced due to mildew/mold. This must be an endless battle with a rental, but the problem stems from the corner ledges of the tub not draining properly so the water just pools and sits. None of this would prevent us from staying here again. We have high standards and wanted to provide honest feedback. Much thanks to Frank & James for sharing their property with us! My kids want me to tell you they slept well in the bunk beds!

You can walk or ride a bike everywhere. The area is so beautiful and friendly. The view is spectacular! The condo was great and the owner was great to work with. Just fantastic!!!! God willing, we will stay there again. We have stayed many places on 30 A This is the best by far.

We’ve been visiting High Pointe for at least 10 years and it never disappoints. The views from this unit are amazing. The unit is perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. The property grounds are really well kept…everything was clean especially on such a busy week. Crabby Steve’s was amazing as usual (best crab cakes by far!!). We will 100% stay in this unit again.

Our family loved our stay at High Pointe...the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Great location on 30A with walking proximity to many shops, restaurants, and outdoor venues. The pool and beach are just a few steps away. The condo was very well stocked and great view of pool and Gulf from the balcony! Would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. The view from the condo is just amazing! We had no idea how close it is to all of the restaurants and music in Rosemary Beach, but we could not have asked for a better location. The host was very responsive and helpful with any question as well. Overall a great experience!

The location of the property was excellent. Very close proximity to Rosemary Beach and easily walkable to Alys Beach. Beautiful views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the condo. The cleanliness of the condo was not good. Towels were left in the washer and almost rock hard. The clean towels were musty. Bathmats we not clean at all. Stepping on the mat getting into the shower left dust, dirt, and hair in the shower. There was not cleaning spray to wipe down the stove or counters.

We love High Pointe and this unit was great. Beautiful view of the ocean and comfortable furnishings. It’s a short walk to Rosemary Beach. Crabby Steve’s restaurant on the property serves delicious food, and it was wonderful to have beach service included in our stay. The owners are responsive and super. We will come back!

Fantastic view, perfect location on 30A, great unit and great host! High Pointe has been a family favorite since our kids were toddlers, and now as empty nesters returning after a while, we were pleasantly surprised how well everything has been maintained - including this unit. Was clean, had everything we needed for a great stay and the balcony view was everything we saw in the pictures…and more. With the community being right on the beach, It’s a perfect spot for families of all ages. Host was very responsive and communicative and we look forward to our next stay here!

This is our second visit to High Pointe and our first visit to this condo unit. We have been staying on 30A for the past 7 years and have stayed in nearly every section. This condo is high on our list of favorites for several reasons: beautiful views, comfortable beds, and cold AC, among others! We love Crabby Steve's, the chair service is great, the pool is huge and never crowded and the location is walkable to so many evening activities. The bedrooms also feature blackout curtains and blackout window shades, which are INCREDIBLY RARE in the area but SO very useful with the early sunrises and late sunsets, when you have small kids! The unit is located right off the elevator, which is convenient since it's on the 4th floor and tired sunburned kids don't usually want to take the stairs or walk further down long hallways. The bedroom nearest the front door/exterior hallway was graciously appointed with a Dohm sound machine, that worked perfectly to keep any ambient noise at bay. Our kids were never woken up by anyone passing in the hall, because the sound machine did the trick! Overall a great experience in this condo! Thank you!

The condo was well appointed and clean. We especially appreciated the bunk room; it allowed our three children to spread out. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Our favorite aspect was the incredible view! We had a great perspective of the pool and beautiful views of the beach.

This is the second stay at the properly and we love it. Pool, beach and Crabby Steve's restaurant are all on the property. Seacrest shops across the street with Rosemary Beach and Alyss Beach shops/restaurants within a short walking distance. Great family location without the Destin crowds. Will be back!

Great property that will not disappoint! Great access to beach and pool. Did I say pool? The lagoon pool is beautiful and convenient from the condo. This is a very convenient location for access to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach restaurants and shops, not to mention directly across the street from Seacrest shops and restaurants. Ocean view from condo balcony is an added treat. Condo is beautifully decorated. The owner is very responsive to any communication. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We spent a week in this fantastic condo! Everything about the condo and complex was perfect! The condo is fresh, clean, and beautifully updated. The property owner is great and very easy to get in touch with, if needed. Beds are comfortable and the unit is well-appointed! Perfect location and very quiet. We will definitely be back!
