About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 bath home only steps from the Hiawassee River. Mountain home with breathtaking river views. Screened back porch with plenty of seating for friends and family. Deck on the river with a fire table. Sun porch with a swing bed for relaxing, reading, or sleeping. Open the windows to hear the soothing sounds of the river. Only 16 miles from downtown Helen, GA and just outside of downtown Hiawassee. We are also only about 20 miles from the casino in Murphy, NC. Flat screen TV's in master suite and living room. Gas log fireplace. Catch and release fishing allowed!! We'd love to have you in our home. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and homey. The screen porch is a wonderful way to sit and enjoy the sound of the river. I would highly recommend this home. We look forward to coming back again.

Tynman is an amazing property, right on the river. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, beds comfortable, including an amazing bed swing on the back porch that was great for taking naps! Mandy was very responsive when communicating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! We would love to come back and spend more time at the house! It was our first time to the area so we had multiple things. We wanted to check out for our first visit, but we could have spent the entire time sitting on the river at the house!
