Lakefront beauty with own private pool! You will be in awe of the Unbelievable VIEWS from every level! Unique home situated on a prestigious point in Tan Tar A Estates overlooking the main channel. This updated 3,180 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home will sleep up to 16 people. Hardwood floors and new carpet throughout. Kitchen is light and airy with granite counter tops and large dining room table. You can also enjoy meals on the large deck overlooking the cove and the main channel. Oversized windows surround the family room, providing amazing views. Lower level is waiting for fun with TV area, fireplace, wet bar, wine cooler and a large deck that leads out to your very own private pool. Enjoy the romantic Jacuzzi tub and personal deck in the spacious private master suite. Large main level bedroom has 2 queen beds, twin bunk beds and private bathroom with tub/shower. You can also enjoy being lakeside on your own personal deck. Upstairs bedrooms include one deck facing lakeside, reading/lounge area and share a bathroom with tub/shower. Experience the fun of a Murphy bed with built in shelving, in the lower level bedroom. This unique bed folds out of the wall with ease and convenience. Create wonderful memories year round while staying in this one of a kind lakefront home! *Pool is open May-September (not heated)

This house offers one of the best views on the Lake of the Ozarks and is part of the Margaritaville Resort community. Our group of friends took advantage of the sauna, swimming pool and dining on the main open deck just steps from the kitchen. The house had one little hiccup and our host gave it immediate attention and we were good to go for the rest of our stay !

Really had a wonderful family vacation. Enjoyed the pool, lake and house on all five levels. All very private with incredible views. I would definitely recommend this house. We rented a tri-toon for the week. The dock worked out OK but was a little rough. Probably due to the power boat Shootout causing excessive waives.

This beautiful home has an amazing lay-out to take full advantage of its 180 degree lake views. The biggest dilemma was WHICH lovely (composite) deck we wanted to hang out on OR should we go down to the pool, which was absolutely perfect! What a plus this lovely pool was for our group of 8 kids and 8 adults! Even though we were a large group, we were never on top of each other in this heavenly lake home. The huge master suite was incredible and and even had a sauna, in addition to its own private deck. We loved this place & and would strongly recommend it for a large group. We had a blast and left with many treasured memories. Thank you, Amber!

House had plenty of room and has been updated with new carpet and bedding. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Only four things to consider, each bedroom is on a separate floor, so lots of steps. The Murphy bed is a full size bed but comfortable. The only way to get to the pool is through the lower level (Murphy bed) bedroom. The dock is nearly on the main channel, so it moves a lot when boat traffic is heavy. Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. We would rent here again.

we had an overall great experience w/ this home. there were a few bumps but nothing to major. the upstairs was really warm when we got there & the one a/c was set at 70 but was frosted over so had to turn it on fan only 2-3 times a day for it to defrost then it would cool again.the gameroom remotes didn't work so manually switched the channels which was totally fine.we would deffinitely go there again.it was so nice to have our own private pool. the little ones & the young at heart enjoyed it. we had a really good time watching all the boats & water activity & also nice sunset views.

We had a wonderful trip. The house accommodated 12 guests with room to spare. We were close to Margaritaville and other restaurants. It was a great experience.

What a wonderful house! We were a party of 9 with kids ranging in age from 3-47...the layout of the house gave each family their own space. Amber was responsive and so easy to work with...Thank you for everything! We spent most of our time in the pool or on the top deck enjoying the amazing views. We also rented a tritoon for the week from Aqua Toys - they are located 15 minutes from the house and were great!

We had 11 women in the house for a girl's weekend, and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of bathrooms. Only downside, the pool was still too cold in late May for use. Would stay here again!

We had a party of 8 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and had beautiful views of the lake throughout. There were quite a few attractions nearby for kids and adults. The backyard pool at the house was a real bonus. We all had a great time.

Have been looking so forward to our first family vacation! There were 10 of us and the house easily accommodated us all. It was pretty much perfect. Lots of age ranges and we all had fun. This was our first time renting an lake house! And this house is awesome, and beautiful! From beginning to end the process was great! The owner Amber was great with communicating, and answering questions that I had! My father and the rest of my family really enjoyed our vacation!! I recommend this lake home to anyone!!
