Welcome to our serene three-story villa, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature and the gentle sway of palm trees in a lush tropical garden. This is home for my 11-year-old son and I, and we rent the property when we are out of town.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was working, but WIFI was inconsistent. I needed to work remotely some days during my stay and the WIFI issue made it pretty challenging. It is a systemwide issue, not an issue with this property. Communication is the host was superb. He replies immediately and is kind and clear in all communications. I truly recommend this property for an amazing experience and stay in Puerto Rico.

The community was great. Felt very safe. Very walkable. Great location, however was over an hour drive from the airport which was unexpected. Hector was the most responsive host ever. Highly recommend him. Property was much as expected. He warned us of steps (3 60 women) so we were prepared. Furniture could be updated. It’s not so comfortable, but then again, it is a vacation spot. Directions provided were spot on. Pool area was great, as was the beach which is basically across the street. Overall a very nice trip.

This is an amazing place. The community is so nice and peaceful and the pool is great. The local beach is small but a larger public beach is just a short drive away--we went to both. We would definitely stay again and had a great trio.

This location was great to us. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The owner was extremely detailed at how to enter the facility and everything required. The only negative is that we couldn’t find the gate beeper to enter the gated area, but the light post light was out and we couldn’t see it. There was also a misunderstanding with security and in one phone call, the owner took care of it right away.
The beach across the street is gorgeous! It was really nice to see all of the families enjoying the day and the kids jumping off the pier. The water was so clear and warm, the sun was so good to us! The locals/neighbors were so nice and friendly. Everything was near by, gas, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Old San Juan is only 25 minutes away!!
Parking, pool, beach, back/front patio area, washer, dryer, towels… I could go on and on. We are planning a return trip and this is where we will stay! Thank you for everything Hector!
