Simply amazing. Can’t say enough about this condo - it’s gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and the view!!! So amazing. And to be able to walk right out the door to the beach was so nice. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and kites all provided. Beds so comfortable and beautiful. The pool was so clean, hot tub hot and pool just the right temp. Tennis courts were nice. Everyone working there was so friendly- we just loved it!!

The condo was exactly as advertised and shown. The location, on the closest corner to the boardwalk, was perfect for early morning coffee walks on the beach to see the sun rise and daily jaunts to the water with the kids to fly kites, build castles and moats, find shells and get in the water. There was a large strip of lawn for the kids to run and play on just off of the patio out the door. There were three roomy bedrooms and two roomy bathrooms, no skimping on space here. In general we just had such a wonderful time.

Great location bottom floor just a quick walk to get to the ocean ...pool was ok too small for there were other families in pool when we arrived ....the bedroom with twin beds should be upgraded to have full beds instead ....too small for my stepdaughter and my grandkids....we were 5 adults and 2 grandchildren .....

The location and proximity of the beach was priceless. You can see the beach from the house so we enjoyed spending time on the shaded patio watching the waves. The patio provided consistent shade and the grassy area in front was shaded in the afternoon and evening which was perfect for our daughter to play. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable and 5 star. We look forward to coming back.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The location is amazing. Easy access to the beach. Owners available and answer questions quickly. The only issue we had was TVs not working. A instruction sheet on how to utilize the TV features would be nice and one bedroom it wouldn't work at all but really who needs a TV at the beach?? So wasn't really a problem. The owner did offer to troubleshoot it with us over the phone but we opted not to use the time to do that. We stay in this complex each year and would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is definitely worth it. The beach is just outside the condo, the property itself was beautiful and very neat! I came down from TN before leaving to Germany to spend time with family and Ed made sure xwe were well taken care of! We will definitely be staying here again. I’d rate it a 10/5 if I could!

This vacation was planned a year out...it did not disappoint! The proximity to the beach was perfect. The sand was steps away...plenty of room on the beach...not crowded at all. The condo had everything we needed...from beach chairs to a wagon to transport all the gear. There were 5 kids and 3 adults...we had plenty of room for us all! The condo was very clean. Check in was very easy! We all had the opportunity to use the pool...wonderful way to cool off! We can't wait to return!

This property was just what we were looking for. The weather was not great the 1st couple days we were there. The condo was spacious enough that our family of 7 did not feel cramped. The only downfall was the dishwasher needs to be replaced or fixed. It is corroding on the inside and had a bad smell when we went to use it. Overall great experience and we will be back. It was perfect.

We had a great time staying at this property. We stayed with our family (8 total) and we were very comfortable. We did stay during Springbreak, but they area was calm and not packed with young Springbreak kids. It was an excellent location and super easy to carry our things to the beach (boardwalk was 10 steps from outdoor patio). There was an outdoor shower to clean off prior to going back in. The pool (heated pool) area was great for the kids and had a nice hot tub right with it. The host was always quick to respond to questions and quickly fixed the only inconvenience we had; which was the cable not working in the the two extra rooms (they just hadn't been used and cable company had to ping them for service again). Definitely recommend and we will return!!!

We were very pleased with this condo! The description on the listing was very accurate! The location was ideal - we really enjoyed being able to hang out on the beach knowing our condo was just steps away. The pool was also very nice and another fun place to hang out. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and relax!

This is our second stay at their condo and it was just amazing as the first time! It’s great being able to watch the sunrise through the big floor to ceiling windows, and even walk out to the beach very quickly! There was more than enough space for my family to stay and hang out as well. Definitely will be back many times over!

Location is great, though in high season you will have a steady stream of people going to the boardwalk in your view. On 2 evening residents up wind smoked us out with their grills.. This unlit does not have the grill listed in the amenities. Living room shade was missing the draw cord allowing in lots of morning sun. My husband , an engineer, rigged it up to be functional after a couple of days.. On the up side, plenty of lawn room for kids to play, space for group sitting, as the balconies are very small on the higher floors. The beach chairs and toys were great, no need to pack beach towels, nice spice supply in kitchen. You will need to purchase ice as the ice maker is not very efficient, though the fridge is nice and cold. We have stayed at Sea Vista for the last several years, even in this unit prior to its current look. Yes, I would book again, but likely not in prime season..

We had a wonderful stay here. Owners are wonderful people. There was a nice clean aroma smell upon entering the condo, very clean, organized, and clean crisp sheets.A Wall of Glass is what I called it. The entire back wall of the condo bottom floor was glass, including the master bedroom. Gorgeous view of the beach, sunsets, and sunrises. With the ocean cool breeze on the back patio area. 20 feet to beach front sand. Outside shower available to rinse off before, reentering the condo. Seagulls would come up to you but, only if, you wanted them to. Nice, low tone atmosphere, two beautiful swimming pools to choose from. No loudness at all. We loved the idea of security gated parking lot as well. The entire Island experience was A1 class. Charter boat fishing trip was a hit as well. Great charter fishing! Sunkist Charlie didn't have nothing on us! High recommend this place. I am sorry to say, we had other friends staying on the Island at other places costing $200.-$300. per night, and upon arrival for them, they did not have the same experience as we were Blessed with. They walked in and turned around and exited the establishment due to infestation. ***BEST STAY EVER PLACE RIGHT HERE*** Sincerely, G N
