About this condo rental
Nestled in Copper Mountain, this charming condo for $424 per night is a great option for your next vacation. BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED! (Please note that we have a 4-night minimum during the ski season, except to fill gaps in the calendar.) Thank you for considering our condo for your trip! After you've had a chance to look over this information, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. Our 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo is located in Copper Mountain’s bustling center village, a quaint pedestrian village complete with first-class retail shopping, restaurants, night life, coffee shops, ice-skating, and more. Copper Mountain, with its 20 lifts and 2400 acres, is considered the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States. Copper has something for everyone. Long steep mogul runs and ample above timberline bowl skiing for the more daring and family friendly runs for others, makes Copper a perfect ski mountain. Our condo is right at the heart of it all in the Mountain Plaza! The location could not be any better — right beside the American Eagle lift in Center Village. We are on the sixth floor, providing panoramic views of the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size pull out sofa bed. The condominium has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all-new stainless appliances. You can relax, enjoy the views and warm yourself by the wood-burning fireplace. The condo has three TVs with satellite, high-speed WIFI Internet, and three private ski lockers located just outside the condo door. Our building offers a Starbucks, childcare center, shops, the one of the most popular restaurants in Copper, Ten Mile Tavern. There are also indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two elevators, and coin-operated washers and dryers in the building. Copper Mountain offers a wonderful (and free!) bus shuttle around the entire resort and one of the stops is just outside out building. Each rental come with a free parking pass for the enclosed and secure parking garage. Please note: that tall vehicles with ski racks may exceed the height limit of the garage. The condo will be furnished with bed linens for eight, towels for nine, one dish cloth, one dish towel, and limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. If you will be staying for an extended period, you may want to bring some things with you. ADDITIONAL RENTAL TERMS AND INFORMATION: • Maximum occupancy: 8 • Please, no pets or smoking is allowed in the condo. • Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am. • Every rental is subject to a 6.375% Tax and $175.00 cleaning fee. • One unassigned garage parking spot per rental. • Upon booking, a downpayment is required with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: • 100% refund if reservation is changed or cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. • 50% refund if cancellation is 2 weeks to one month before arrival. • No refund if cancellation is less than two weeks before arrival. I have rented condos at Copper Mountain, in the Center Village for 10 years: this was definitely the most spacious condo I have stayed in. It's nice to have the 2 queen beds in each room and the common area is larger than the usual cozy condos too.
The property was clean, bathrooms and kitchen well supplied with essentials, and the property manager responsive to communications.
The location is super convenient for access to the lifts and shops/restaurants in the village. (I think I counted 75 steps from the building entrance to the edge of the snow!)
We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Overall we had a great time and the unit is in a great location. However, there was one big inconvenience. The shower in the master bedroom was not draining on our arrival. Our trip was for 5 nights and It was not fixed until the evening before we checked out. So, we didn't have use of 3 full baths as expected. There were other minor issues (toilet paper ran out after first day and there was no extra in the unit, and there was an issue with stove - both of these problems were fixed the next day). However, the issue with the shower was annoying and persisted for our whole stay. If the shower was working properly on our arrival or it was able to be fixed more promptly, I would give 5 stars.

We had a great experience with this unit. Conveniently located for the ski days at copper and easy in and out day trips to vail and breck. The unit itself is spacious and clean. Furniture is comfortable and the unit has nice views of the American Eagle lift, super pipe, and partial views of the east village. We would stay here again and recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay at the base of Copper Mountain. This condo is walking distance to all the necessities. It was clean and ready for us as promised. The couple of times we called management, they were responsive and prompt so that we could enjoy our stay. Loved the fire place with an ample supply of firewood. Would stay here again!

We have rented this unit a number of times now. Starting to refer to it as "our" ski condo. It is roomy, yet cozy; in the heart of Center Village but quiet/restful on the 6th floor, welcoming and attentive (management and owner) but never imposing. Short walk to the lifts and a great view of the mountain. Top Notch!

The unit was well suited for a guys trip of 4 where we each had the same size bed and similar sleeping quarters. The kitchen could use some better pans and sharp knives but otherwise no complaints about the place. The unit was conveniently located next to the elevator for easy move in and quickly getting to the slopes. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the space thoroughly. The kitchen could have used a few more items(scissors). It was cold in the space, but there were heaters to use. They could have used a few more blankets, and more paper towels. The clicker was broken, so it was difficult to light a fire, and the remote needs replacing. These complaints are minor. We already booked for next year!!

Ski lockers are right outside your door. Elevators right in front of your door. Which was so convenient! We would 100 percent stay here again.
A few minor details need to be address.... The place needs to be dusted and floors swept & mopped. Would be helpful to leave broom and dust pan to use and a working can opener.

This was our 3rd year in a row at Copper Mountain and this location was our favorite thus far! My 21 yr old daughter really liked having Starbucks in the same building. The proximity to the lifts was awesome! We will definitely keep this one in mind for next year.

This is such a great place. Plenty of space for 4 adults to be together and still have some individual space. So very convenient to the slopes. In fact, look out the 6th floor mountain facing windows and check the lift lines. Terrific stay.

Amazing location
This unit is located right at the baser of the lifts. It is just a short 2 minute walk to the lifts, very easy. Ski lockers were located right outside the door to the unit which is very convenient. The unit easily held the 6 adults in our party with no problem, and could of held more. 3 bathrooms made life easy for everyone. The kitchen is large, though could use some additional supplies such as kitchen towels (there were none), more than one pot holder, can openers that work, etc. All small stuff that can easily be restocked. Overall, great unit, very easy checkin and checkout process, great management team, and located at the heart of Copper Mountain. Perfect for your time on the slopes.

Lovely condo; awesome location!!!
This condo was absolutely as pictured and the views of the mountain were amazing. We had a front row seat from our windows to watch the fireworks on NYE. Everything is a 2 min walk from here. Bus stop (if you want to ski out of East or West Village), dining in Center Village (main village), and walk to the lifts. Thanks!

Great location and nice place
The unit is sixth floor and facing the ski hill so very nice views. We opened the windows and enjoyed the cool mountain air after a few very hot weeks in our hometown. We hiked part of the Continental Divide trail and left right from home - also walked to lunch and dinner .. very relaxing!

Summer at Copper MT 2020
The updated condo was very nice and well stocked. The location was excellent and very close to restaurants and Starbucks for coffee.
The condo building complex itself is a bit dated But the condo itself was nicely renovated.
Owners thoughtfully included, box fans and humidifiers for those use to more humid climates and AirCons. With this being an unusual summer with COVID-19 the mountain shops, activities, and restaurants did shut down early during the week. But restaurants and bars stayed open later come Friday-Saturday. During the day we really enjoyed the bike haul and the Mountain coaster. With such close proximity to the slopes/lift we would definitely consider these accommodations during the winter for skiing!

This was a nice unit with a fairly well stocked kitchen. We rented
for 10 days in June, while under some COVID 19 regulations, which meant NO HOUSEKEEPING. The building itself, especially the elevators could use a good clean. There is a ski tuning area in the underground garage which is really handy for ski racers. There are also a lot of ski storage lockers. Overall, a good property, very convenient, though the building itself needs a good dust, vacuum and window clean.

Great condo, great location!
We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Nicely renovated and VERY convenient to everything. We loved we could walk to all the stores and food locations. The real wood burning fireplace was a huge plus!! We did have one small hiccup with a bathtub faucet but the property management company and the owner were very quick to get it resolved! We will for sure stay here again! Next time we will use the oxygen bar, LOL! The high altitude/ thin air is no joke!!!

This is a great condo: roomy, well furnished and finished, responsive owner/management, and you just can't beat the location. You are in the heart of Center Village. Walk to the Eagle Gondola, walk to restaurants; walk to shops. It's all right there. Check in/out couldn't be easier, basement parking is super convenient, and we love having our ski equipment in roomy lockers right outside our door. (And the handy bench right there makes it easy to remove your boots and leave most, if not all, of the snow you are tracking in outside the condo.) This is hands down the best place we have ever rented at Copper. Hope to return in '21.

Great location, tastefully decorated and well equipped condo. We loved watching the Super Pipe and mountain fun from the window during our lunch breaks. Ski lockers right outside the condo was very convenient. Fireplace made evenings delightfully cozy. Beds and bedding could use an upgrade but overall a great choice when in Copper.
