A spacious chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and provides full sight lines to both the dining area and living room. Another family room downstairs is ideal for gathering, good conversation, or a fun movie night. After a long day of activities head up to the private roof top hot tub with breathtaking mountain views, then settle down for the night in one of the home’s delightfully cozy bedrooms. Located on the west side of Copper Mountain, the ski-in/out duplex-style chalet is near multiple green runs, Copper’s ski school, and the Lumber Jack, Highpoint and Kokomo chairlifts. Ski-in to the Lumberjack Lift, then head across an access drive and arrive at the home’s front door. Golfing, hiking, biking, go karting, horseback riding, white water rafting, fly fishing and many other activities are available during the summer. And Retreat at Lewis Ranch offers complimentary on call shuttle service that picks up on property and delivers to all points in Copper Mountain. This property is spacious and has a very nice location. We noticed several issues with the house that suggested a lack of routine maintenance such as shower drain not draining, smelly pipes under the bathroom sink, windows with broken handles, and clothes dryer quit working. The maintenance team did respond promptly and successfully to our requests other than that they were unable to fix the dryer at the end of our stay. Beware the bunk beds did not seem safe to use for the top bunks.

Location in Lewis Ranch is perfect. Home needs some maintenance attention as well as an entire home refurnishing. All furniture, bedding, linens etc. have been used beyond their life expectancy. Look at other updated properties prior to booking this home. We purchased mattress toppers and new linens for all beds during our 3 week stay. Management company was great to work with, property furnishings are in poor, over used condition.

Our overall vacation was wonderful, but our party of 11 was disappointed in our rental, especially considering the cost. It was not clean when our party arrived, and I would have complained immediately had I been the first person to get there. The kitchen still had crumbs on the floor and pancake remnants on the griddle from the previous guests. The refrigerator also had lingering spills inside that weren't wiped out. (I have pictures if needed.) The front door handle didn't work, and when this was brought to the attention of maintenance (who was called bc the hot tub had sand and dirt in it), they said they were aware of it, but made no mention of trying to fix it... The house layout was great, and if maintained and cleaned better, it would have been wonderful. But spending over $8k on a dirty house definitely didn't sit well with the adults in our group. The location to the slopes was great, and we loved being on the green/west side of Copper. The shuttle service was also very convenient.

This luxury house is not well maintained or welcoming. When we arrived the outside gas grill - all 4 burners - had been left on high since the last guest who used the grill. This negligence could have led to a tragedy. On a less important note, WiFi was intermittent at best. For a house of this caliber, it was minimally appointed. There were few towels were available - no facecloths.

We had a wonderful stay at the Retreat at Lewis Ranch. Although we had a few maintenance issues arise, they were taken care of right away! This was the perfect house for my family of 5 plus my parents and in-laws. The hike up the Lewis Ranch road provided great exercise, but the Copper Coach was wonderful when we didn't have the energy to walk back up. The grill was fantastic, the hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking, golfing and mountain biking. We loved exploring the hiking trails just up the street. We can't wait to come back!

Great property overall in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed. Several of the pillows were in need of replacement, and one of the beds was worn and had a relentless squeak of springs with any movement. Would consider renting again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful mountain home. Everything was clean and comfortable and the house was stunning! The host was very easy to reach and was so accommodating.
The only issue we had was that this was advertised as "ski in and ski out", but it was neither of these. It was nearby, but not actual ski in/out. Access to the chairlift and ski run was more like a 3-5 minute walk (with kids and ski gear etc) up the hill on the road.
