Very clean and fairly priced

The single room was a bit bigger than I expected and had a double bed and desk/chair. The en-suite was small but the shower worked well. Towels and bedding were comfortable and the room was very clean. Decor as expected for a property of this age. Nice places to eat in Keynsham and the park is lovely.

The room overlooks the railway (but being so close to the station is advantageous if you want to travel by train). No soundproofing but I didn’t hear trains during the night.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Location fantastic for accessing train.

The bed was a little bit big for the room. Getting rid of the wooden bed end would prevent banging into it when accessing the bathroom

Beautiful Stay!

I liked the flexibility around the check in time. Due to rail strikes we came a bit late but they were happy to accommodate that! The staff (Neil) were so nice! you are a legend.

No wifi info, but we hot spotted in the end which also worked, so not a huge issue.(we also forgot to ask)

I stayed here last year and was pleased, despite no breakfast. But not happy this year.

There was no breakfast. Despite being advertised as a B&B. Location was ideal for my purposes Room was clean and tidy

The bed was too low to sit on. The chair couldn't be moved due to limited space . My room wasn't serviced, not replenished with teabags or milk, so not hot drink on the second morning. No staff available to ask for supplies. Tried ringing the bell but didn't get a response.

Well positioned Guesthouse run by a really nice family.

Super location near the station with great train service to Bristol or Bath. Run by a lovely family. Comfortable at sensible price and although circumstances meant they were unable to run a breakfast service it was not a big deal with all the town facilities on the doorstep. Handy parking on site.

Excellent. Home from home feeling about it.

Sue is an excellent hostess. The location is perfect for getting to Bath and Bristol by train or car within minutes. Highly recommended.

Good location Good standards reasonable price generally good all round

Great place to stay for me, next time I may stay longer with my partner and make more use of the kitchen and dining room.

Very small TV screen mounted very high up. Slightly odd lay out of beds, could have had one less bed and a desk or sofa for me to use laptop, perhaps under the TV ?

Nice hotel, friendly staff but a few things needed tweaking

The staff were lovely and very kind, room was nice and clean and a decent size

The UHT milk was off for the teas and coffees and they didn't do a breakfast - all self catering. A bit pricey for this.

Nice and quiet.

The location was ideal for my journey to the Bristol Swimming Pool. The price of the room was ideal. The parking was convenient. The venue was quiet.
