Would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway. Private and Clean property.

Such a beautiful property, we had an amazing few nights away. Private beach and very clean house. Beds were so comfortable. Mytilini very close, 10 mins away. Perfect little taverna down the road which we went to a few times. The kids loved the beach and the garden. Just remember beach shoes. I Cannot fault anything, I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay again. This property was the one for our holiday I was most excited about and it didn’t disappoint. Ignatis was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend visiting his distillery EVA only a few minutes away, the pomegranate liquor and ouzo were amazing and you can do a little tour and tasting. Thankyou Ignatis for an amazing stay we will remember.

Very good

Very beautiful house with a wonderful mediterranean garden. The location with private access to the beach is unique in the area and perfect for visiting the eastern part of Lesvos. The owner Ignazio is a very kind and helpful person, he made everything to make our stay pleasant. It was a real pleasure to meet him.

I would recommend a little more attention to the cleaning of this beautiful accommodation.

Ignatis is a very kind and friendly host, he even brought some fresh scallops he caught in the bay! And let us sample some of his ouzo that he makes (he owns a distillery). A very relaxing place

Hello, First of all, the architectural design of the house and its location are really beautiful. The owner lives above side of the house, but we only saw him at check-in. He is Very Helpful, hospitable and Good person. Other than that, it's a great place to relax during your vacation. Those who want to have a quiet and calm holiday should prefer it due to its location. The garden and the beach are very beautiful, but the sea in front of it needs to be cleaned of some sea urchins. Apart from that, the location and facilities of the house are really great. The Only Disadvantage ı can say, unfortunately, the internet at home is very weak, a stronger Wifi and Internet is required for this. House is located close to the center of the island. However, a car is a must for transportation.

Remarkable property and a very generous host make for a very memorable stay.

The property itself is architecturally designed and fully equipped. There is direct access to the beach, with multiple sitting areas to relax and enjoy the estate and the beach. Ignatis, the host, is both very discreet and generous, making sure you have everything you need at no extra charge, including various snacks, drinks, cooking ingredients, etc.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. The location is a bit isolated so you need a car to explore the area. The town of Mytilini is less than 15 mins away. The nearest super market is 12+ mins away, but there is a great taverna less than 4 mins away and Ignatis made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Well-equipped accomodation on the first floor of the house of the owner, directly at the waterfront

Nicely designed apartment, directly located at the waterfront and with a superb view of the bay. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful host. Flexible check-in and check-out.

From the info we received, we were under the impression that it was a fully detached and isolated house. Yet, it turned out that the accommodation was in fact the first floor of the house of the owner, who lives on the second and third floor. And his balcony is directly above the terrace of the accommodation. We heard and saw the owner and his guests regularly. He surely is a very kind host. But we did not know this. Also from the photos this had not become clear. It created a different vibe than we had imagined, and which we had to get used to. Smaller comments: Wifi was weak. The beds are rather soft.

Fantasy villa and host

Private beach was fantastic, the villa had everything you needed, the owner was brilliant and really helpful, could not fault our stay here at all . We Evan had a cat and dog they were so well behaved they came with the villa . Will be returning without a show of doubt Evan a kayak was there , mega place 😁😁😁

Overall great stay

Everything was well thought we had everything we needed. It was a really a home away from home. The garden was magnifecent. The swing bed was a great way to put the kids to bed. The beach was very clean and it was amazing not having to carry anything. The owner had also provisioned for beach towels. The house was full of all the goods (oil, spices, etc) and utencils necessary to cook and having a dishwasher afterwords was really usefull. Out of amenities we even regularly used the bluetooth speaker. We have to mention that even though the bid dining table was exceptional and very useful for lunch in the hot greek summer, we would have loved a dining table outside (not an issue but an idea) for our breakfast and/or dinner when it is not that hot. Suzy was the cuttest and friendliest dog, we loved having her around when she visited she was a real addition to our trip!

Although it was mentioned in the notes we did not initially realise that we had to call for the cleaning crew to come. She came right away though!

Perfect for families

This is a great, modern place with a huge garden in front of the beach, which makes it perfect for families with children. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a big dining room and sofas that 2 more people can sleep. It’s around 10-15 minutes drive from the center of Mytilene which is just perfect because its far enough to be quite and close enough so that you don’t feel isolated. The owner is very helpful and polite and the he had equipped the house with all the necessaries so that you can survive the first day of your arrival. (coffee, juice, wine, beers, jams, biscuits, etc). other than this, the house is equipped with everything that you need! The garden is great and safe and the beach in front of the house is also nice. We are a family of four (two children, 5 and 2), and we liked the fact that we could leave the children in the garden to play without needing to chase them all the time. This made us chill out a bit as well! I also enjoyed my joking next to the sea in a dirty road (I could run 5KM) most of the part next to the sea, which was very refreshing! Overall, I highly recommend it especially for families, but be aware that a car is probably required.
