Suite includes double baths, a sitting room with fireplace, and a deck with sweeping views of the water. The middle level includes two fireplaces: a living room with gas fireplace, large studio with 12'beamed high ceiling with fireplace (35'x 22') and informal dining. 10' ceilings. There is a top-of-the-line all-appliance kitchen with skylights, plus a formal dining room that seats 10 which opens by french doors onto a very large redwood deck with hot tub. The deck wraps around to the front of the house with a view of the water. The living room, which also opens out onto the deck through french doors, includes a fireplace & baby grand piano. We really enjoyed the house and Mike was very helpful throughout our visit. Definitely recommend it. Beautiful view of the bay and location is very central for Marin County.

Beautiful views. Nice size for our family. Reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: -When we got there the owners were there and wanted to give a tour which was odd. -The place was mostly clean but there are a lot of cobwebs and spiders inside the house. While talking with the owners they mentioned they used to have professional cleaners but it’s too expensive now. That actually was concerning. Especially being we paid a cleaning fee. -The hot tub was not on, we had to call for directions on how to turn it on as there were no directions on how to do it and could not use it the first night because it was freezing cold and took over night to heat. It was not very clean either. It’s old with chipping paint and leaks so we have to fill it everyday to keep the water level up. We did enjoy our stay. The house is large and accommodated our family of 8 adults well.

Mike’s home in Tiburon is a cozy home with all the amenities. It’s also in an absolutely breathtaking location. He is a great host that explains everything and makes himself available, if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at his home.

This is my 6th time visiting the San Francisco / Bay Area. This was the first time using VRBO. I was very worried the house would not live up to the description or pictures. I need not have worried because this property in Tiburon delivered on weather, climate, location, view, cleanliness, serenity, and amenities. This turned out to be my best visit to the Bay Area and was outstanding in every way. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Tiburon. We spent many days enjoying the sites of San Francisco. The location was out of the city but not too far of a drive. We had plenty of room for our family if 6. Michael was easy to connect with and responded quickly to our questions.

This was a beautifully maintained home in a wonderful location. The owner was responsive and the property was large enough for our large family trip. Very happy with our experience and now we want to move back to Mill Valley!

The home was perfect for the very small family reunion we had for the weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The views were wonderful looking out over the bay. The privacy was what we wanted. The only visitors we had were the deer walking be each morning.

Three generations of my family stayed at this lovely home in Tiburon. The patio was perfect on the sunny October afternoons. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious enough that several of us could prepare a meal together. It was a perfect house for our family.

This home was spacious with fantastic views. It easily accommodated our family of seven - all adults. This is the owners home so it has a well stocked kitchen, plush towels and nice bed linens with plenty of dining and seating space. The deck also had plenty of tables and seating and with the lovely setting we were outside often. The owner responded quickly to inquiries and was accomodating to our needs.

We enjoyed the view and location of this home. The owners are a delight. The arrangement of the home offers lots of variety. We had a family meal table, a game table and a LEGO table. This worked out great for everyone, even the 8 year old LEGO master. We used the hot tub daily and coffee on the deck every morning. This is a beautiful home and rented at a great price.

This house was located with a beautiful view up on a hill over-looking the water and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. It accommodated our group of 6 adults very well. The house was well appointed and spacious. The outside deck was also large and took advantage of the view. It was a very comfortable house.

We had a great time at Mike’s home. You couldn’t ask for a better patio and view. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. We cooked a couple times, and the home was stocked with cookware and dishwater that made that an easy process. 10/10 recommend

Tiburon is a beautiful community - a 45 minute drive from the airport and downtown San Francisco (depending on traffic). Considering this is southern Marin County with its proximity to the city, this home is a very good value with 4 bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms, family room, formal dining room and a sprawling living room with breathtaking views of northern San Francisco Bay and the Richmond Bridge. The house is truly as spectacular as the photos depict. Nearly every room has a view of the bay. It was a great place for a family reunion for 10 days. Mike was a very responsive and cordial host. We stayed in contact via text during our stay. We felt like guests in his home, unlike many VRBO properties which are rental-only. We took advantage of the large kitchen to prepare meals and do some baking. The deck is lovely with room to lounge and a gas grill The hot tub was clean, warm and ready to use, although it does get chilly in October. Bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were clean and neat. This is a house "in the country" near the water, so expect to see some wildlife and a few cobwebs. We look forward to visiting again.

We were visiting San Rafael for our daughter’s college graduation. Our family decided to book a place that would have enough room for my daughter’s roommate’s family also. We found Mike and Stacy’s home on VRBO and it was PERFECT! It honestly felt like we were staying at our favorite aunt and uncles place. Very homey - very spacious! The bay views were incredible, too! Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A very warm, comfortable, inviting home with a beautiful view of the bay. The location is very private and quiet, but close (5 minute drive) to a really good grocery store and a mall with good restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Ring Mountain, a superb hiking area with several trails that have amazing 360 degree views of Marin and the North Bay. Probably the best equipped kitchen we've stayed at. They have about everything you can think of for cooking. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating as well. We'll stay here again for sure.

We drove up from San Diego to see family for thanksgiving and needed a larger home in a convenient location. This was both, in addition to being so cozy and comfortable. Working with Mike was great and easy and you can’t be the house views! We loved staying here.
