Located in Fraser, this attractive condo for $119 per night is a great option for your next trip. *****Tesla 30A 240v charger charges at 24A in private garage (added in 2021).**** This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the Fireside Market & Eatery, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season. This is a non-smoking ground floor unit with the following amenities to make you feel at home: * Private 4 person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom. * Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit): - No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield. - Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators. - No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage. * Washer and Dryer in the unit. * Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal. * 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom. * Free Wifi * Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress. For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area. NOTE: No smoking or use of illegal substances permitted on premises at any time. Place was as advertised and perfect for the Ms and myself. Close to EVERYTHING, including amazing trail systems that we hiked daily. Bed was comfortable, attached garage fit our jeep and was great bonus, as was the private hot tub!

This place was very clean and the area was nice and quiet. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Very nice peaceful place to relax as well with the fireplace and hot tub. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and revisit the condo.

It was so nice to stay in Winter Park (we live in Denver) as it was so quiet and calm when we went. The location was extremely convenient, the place was super nice & cute. The heated floors were an amazing addition to the rental, along with the hot tub & full kitchen! The host was extremely pleasant to work with! Would absolutely stay here again!

This property was great! The tub was very large- didn’t even need the hot tub. It is walking distance from multiple restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and parks.

This place was perfect for my husband and I to have our little getaway. It was comfortable and well furnished. There were plenty of little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms that made it very nice. It was very close to restaurants and shopping. The nearby creek pathway was a lovely walk. I would definitely stay here again if im planning on visiting the area. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect location for us. The condo was very clean and easy to access. The hot tub was relaxing. We took a short hike along the river nearby. I highly recommend eating at Randi's just a short walk away. If we ever get back we'll try to stay here again.

We have stayed in VRBO‘s in Winter Park several times. This one has been the best so far. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Location was fabulous to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Loved the place. Thanks so much!

Awesome place and had everything we needed. Pictures don’t do this place justice! We could have stayed there forever! Great location. We mountain biked right from the condo as well as Winter Park, Steamboat Springs, and Keystone Resorts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This condo was the perfect stay for my wife and I in Winter Park. It is cozy for two and has a hot tub for extra relaxation. The location is easy to to get to and close enough to shops, restaurants, movie theater and bowling alley for a nice relaxing walk. The homeowners were courteous and available when needed. Great relaxing get-away.

It’s a nicely appointed, one bedroom condo. It would be an ideal getaway for a couple, but a bit too small for a family. Close to the mountains and restaurants would stay there again.

We spent a great weekend skiing. About a 3 minute walk to the lift bud stop that comes every 5-10 minutes. Hot tub was great bonus as well as the Tesla level 2 charger. Will definitely come back if we are going to Winter park again.

The candle was very clean and cosy. The hot tub and fireplace or a very nice and enjoyable addition. The fireplace cracked out so Matute we had to dial the thermostat down a little LOL. I highly recommend this unit

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to walk to many things or ride the shuttle to the ski resort. The neighborhood was quiet. The heated garage was wonderful in the winter and fit out Ford Explorer. We enjoyed nights in the hot tub. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great location with many choices nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner without driving. Very much appreciated hot tub after skiing and photos are true to what's there. Heated garage for vehicle a plus so no snow clearing needed. shuttle stop nearby so can be boots on boarding it or choose to drive to parking lot g at winterport - either is win-win. Would definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed for a quick weekend ski trip. The condo is GREAT! The kitchen is set up with everything you need. There are several restaurants within a short walk. The Hot Tub and full shower were heavenly after a day of skiing. You are maybe 10-15 to the slopes. I’d recommend this spot to any and everybody.
