This beautifully remodeled, modern condo is located right on Main St. in downtown Winter Park. You'll be walking distance to all the restaurants, parks, breweries and trails. Ready for some snow? The free shuttle to the Winter Park Ski Resort stops right outside the front door. Some highlights of your stay at Pintree include - A dedicated, covered parking spot - Additional uncovered parking - Full size Washer and Dryer in unit - Gigabit internet - Equipment storage closet for bikes, skis and boards KITCHEN AND DINING - Stocked and well appointed kitchen - Brand new appliances - Coffee maker and Keurig (pods included) - Microwave and toaster - Large dining room table LIVING ROOM - The most comfortable couch you've ever napped on - Gas fireplace - Big screen Roku TV and Xfinity cable - Board games BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: - 2 Full bathrooms with new fixtures - Brand new and extremely comfortable beds - Sleeping arraignments for 8 - 2 x Queen beds | 1 x Full bunk beds - Towels and linens BUILDING AND AREA - The building is right on main street in Downtown Winter Park, very easy to find and get to - Keyless entry to the building and condo - One dedicated, covered parking spot is included and additional uncovered parking spots are available around the building. - The free Winter Park Shuttle called The Lift, has a stop right outside the building. This can take you to the other side of town or to the ski resort. - You can hear road noise from the primary bedroom (with the bunk beds). Just a heads up if you're sensitive to noise while you sleep. ITEMS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING - The primary bedroom (with the bunk beds) is on the road so you may hear some road noise in the morning. The windows are double paned and provide good insulation. There is also a noise machine in the room if the road noise is too much for you. - I do have my dog in the unit occasionally. The unit is always thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed with a specialty vacuum. However, if you are very sensitive to dog hair and dander it may trigger your allergies.

We loved the location! Restaurants, bars, grocery are all within walking distance. We didn’t use the shuttle system, we had a rental car. There were lots of extras that were there to make it a convenient place to stay. We did ski lessons at Winter Park Resort, horseback riding in Granby, snowmobiling with Grand Adventures & Coca Cola night & day tubing. We made advance reservations for Deno’s Mountain Bistro & Saloon at A Frame via OpenTable. Both were excellent. We would stay here again!

In the heart of everything. May be best value in WP. All updated. Cozy/comfy. Nice decor. Stocked. And KCups. Boooom. Plenty of space. Just like pics. On WP shuttle route. Private covered parking.

This updated condo was the perfect place to stay in Winter Park for skiing with family. It had all of the amenities you need in a comfortable setting, including fireplace, blankets, and games for a relaxing evening. Only about a mile or so from the slopes, it was an easy trek to skiing. Only caution is the icy parking lot. Otherwise, highly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 college kids. Condo is newly remodeled and easily accommodated our group of four. Owner let us check in early (thank you!) which allowed us to drop off our stuff and still get in an afternoon of skiing. It was an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and shuttle to ski area but we drove up each morning to ski (5 min drive to WP). Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The owner of this property was very easy to communicate with and truly cares that we enjoyed our stay. Access to both the mountain and local restaurants/ activities was the biggest highlight. Easy access into both the building and the unit and very gracious to allow us to park in the covered parking space.

This property had absolutely everything we needed and it was so cozy and clean! The only thing we would of loved is a bigger balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. We had a terrific time!

No complaints on this place and it was very spacious with comfortable couch and beds. The only issue is the location to the highway which had constant traffic at all hours. This is only an issue for the summer however since noise is completely removed once windows are closed which is not an option with no AC in the summer. Will stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was great. Close to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. We used the shuttle to winter park resort which is free and super convenient. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and timely. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was a great rental for us. We stayed here for the Winter Park Jazz festival. Great location and you could even walk to the venue or take the bus. The owner was very responsive and everything was as it was listed. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had a great time. The property has a great location centrally located right on the edge of town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but also very close to hiking and fishing. The unit was very clean with well stocked kitchen. The only negatives are: 1) While the unit itself is very clean and updated, the complex is older and a bit more rundown 2) No A/C so if you're coming in the summer, you'll have to have the windows open and, as noted, you'll hear some road noise. Didn't bother us, though. Overall, it was a very good place that we would recommend and stay at ourselves again.

This condo was awesome. Accommodated 5 adults comfortably, and had everything we needed to make our trip great. The location of the property was fantastic. Close to restaurants/bars, and retail shops. The shuttle that takes you to the mountain was just outside the building which helped a ton. If you prefer to take your car to the mountain, it was only a short 5 minute drive to the Winter Park free parking lots. The condo had covered parking for our rental car, so we didn't have to scrape ice and snow each morning. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Winter Park!

Very cozy condo right on US 40. We had teenagers with us who enjoyed walking to the Rec Center, the Foundry, Pizzeria, etc. The setup is a little odd with three beds in one room, but it allows for more people, of course, which is nice. The kitchen and living area are particularly charming. Yes, you can hear traffic and snow plows, but Winter Park is not exactly known for its nightlife, so it's not a problem when you're trying to sleep. Note that the condos are on the backside of a commercial complex, and you need to enter via the stairways on the sides of the building.
