Was as pictured and as advertised. Good value and cozy. Close to slopes. Teens were happy. If I have to say something negative - it is not the luxury property I'd take wife on honeymoon to. It is not advertised as such though. But, was perfect for a ski trip with 5 of our crew of 8 being kids who were looking for comfort, and proximity to slopes. Owner very responsive to questions during trip.

This condo is in a great location, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the stream nearby! Comfy bed (but stained bedspread wasn't very inviting). Loved the view from the deck and picture eindow and all of the amenities in the kitchen. Well stocked. The cracked outlets, baseboard heater collapsed on the entry floor, bannister leg cracked going up the stairs, towel rack ripped from the bathroom wall shows how much abuse this property has endured. TLC needed. Bathroom amd linens were clean. Loads of videos and games! Overall good experience and very quiet during the 4th of July celebration.

Property was definitely close to everything. Only complaint is it could use a deep cleaning. On the surface its fine but the cobwebs on the ceiling, wall and bugs in the light fixtures etc just a deep cleaning. But with that being said id certainly stay again!!!

I didn't expect much, because the property is not listed that way. However, the showers were gross and none of us wanted to use them. I get they are old, but the hair and grime was too much.
Owner was nice and sent a cleaning crew. I did not ask him to; and would have done it myself but there were no cleaning supplies available. I felt really bad that he had the crew come in a blizzard.
The code for the hot tub never worked. Okay, just don't expect much.

We came to ski for the week and this place had everything we needed to cook meals and the fireplace was nice. It did get a little warm for those sleeping upstairs until we discovered we could crank the window open at the very top. Overall, a good place for our group.

This place was great. Very close to town, Safeway right there. Close to winterpark.

We enjoyed the property and location but there were a few issues of necessity and comfort.
The kitchen could use a knife
Sharpener because all the knives were dull.
The towels were really dirty and dingy.
The carpets need cleaning, and the furniture could use some updates. (The queen size bed frame and mattress downstairs squeaks every time you move).
It would also be a great idea to replace the blind at the slider door because the sun comes straight in at the hottest part of the day. A screen door on the front door would
Also be beneficial so you can open the door to get cross ventilation of cool air in the hottest part of the day without letting bugs in.
The fan that was upstairs for the area of the house without a window was broken so the two sleeping in the queen upstairs could not get a reprieve when it was hot. It would be great
If you provided two fans for the two upstairs room areas so all guests are comfortable.
The chlorine in The hot tub was really strong and hard to sit in the room for long because your eyes would burn and strong taste in the mouth of chemicals. Perhaps they are using too much? Otherwise we love the area and Fraser is an amazing town.
Not sure we would rent this unit again though.

We went in summer with a group of 8 which fit perfectly in the condo! The price was perfect and the condo is centrally located between all the activities grand county has to offer. A few cautions: the property is a little outdated and worn; no air conditioning which is to be expected in older mountain properties but as temps rise you have to keep windows open at night and there is a very loud train that blares it’s horn multiple times a night. Be sure to follow instructions with the key with how the door locks - user error on our part but you’ll probably have to call a locksmith as there is no local way of getting another key otherwise. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would be great in the winter!

The condo was a perfect fit for me and my friends. It was very well kept and clean, and super cozy for lounging around after a day on the mountain. The drive to Winter Park resort was short and the Safeway nearby was very convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub, too! Overall, our experience here was great!

This was a Christmas gift to our son and a birthday celebration for my husband. Our family all flew together into Denver and stayed here for a week. It was a great location to Winter Park Resort and not far from other attractions like snowmobiling and ski rentals. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and breath taking in the mornings. Loved our stay there and created many memories!

We rented this place as a last hurrah before we went of to college or the military. The property was great very close to some fun activities and amazing views (driving threw the mountain pass). We went during the summer and has no trouble getting ahold of the owner to ask for help. The house the perfect size for all of us guys showering wasn’t a problem with the two showers and sleeping wasn’t either. Over all could not have asked for a better experience with how accommodating the owner was.

This property is adjacent to a creek and fit a group of 10 well. There are 6 twin mattresses in the bunk room. It is located on the end of a friendly condo complex and is a bit of a fixer-upper. The bathrooms and kitchen were adequately clean but the carpet could use a deep clean along with regular vacuuming behind and under furniture. The pillows and towels could stand to be updated. The outdoor patio and grill were nice. It would have been helpful to have a spray nozzle that worked on the kitchen faucet, the burned out lightbulbs replaced in the dining area and the blinds on the patio door fixed so we could keep the sun out during the daytime. A screen on the patio door would be super helpful for keeping out bugs too. The owner was polite and helpful, but we didn’t realize that we wouldn’t have access to the hot tub/game room due to COVID restrictions. We had a great time at RMNP, Grand Lake, and nearby fishing.

We had a wonderful time, the owner was very nice and answered all of questions very fast. The condo was vey comfortable has beautiful views but, the shower had mildew around the bathtub the carpet was not vacuumed and the sofa had crumbs. The condo is in a very nice location and the kids had a lot of fun. I think the cleaning people needs to do a better job cleaning and vacuuming the condo.

The space was small but very accommodating. We arrived early but the rental hadn’t been cleaned. The owner responded quickly, but the cleaners were behind, and we couldn’t check in until 5 instead of 4. Upon check in, the place smelled of Lysol (good thing), but I don’t think they vacuumed nor swept. There was old and open food in the fridge, folded boxes from alcohol purchases not taken out, the trash can was filthy, and my family had hair everywhere from the previous guests. The shower head needs to be replaced and other updates would make the stay a bit more like home. Other than that, it was easy to use the bus to get to the resort, close drive or bus to the grocery store. It worked out for the price paid.

Great getaway!
Great condo. Ample room for the 3 of us. You can tell this is a well loved family retreat! Lots of personal touches. The river view is a bit overgrown but we enjoyed hearing it from our deck. Super easy access to everything. WinterPark resort, Rocky Mountain National Park all very easy to get to. Fraser River Canyon was a great fishing spot. We spent 6 hours there! We've fallen in love with the area.

Great home base for skiing at Winter Park/Mary Jane
This was a terrific condo for a recent skiing adventure. It was warm and cozy and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable; enough beds to sleep 10. Lots of hot water in the showers. Great views from the living room and patio. A short ride to Utah Junction at Mary Jane. The free bus that goes to Winter Park is a 1 minute walk from the condo. The hot tubs were wonderful and really helped after a day in the powder. Groceries and other shopping are nearby. The owner and property manager responded promptly when we had a question. Overall a great stay.

Great location
Loved the location of this property! Rushing river right outside the door, that we went to bed listening to each night. (Summertime stay, so we had the windows open) Our kids loved the trails right outside the doors that run along the river and it’s a safe condo neighborhood area to let them run around and explore. The drive to Winter Park is about 6-7 minutes!

Ptarmigan Condo@Twin Rivers@Fraser, CO
I chose this unit because I needed sleeping for 8 people and it was affordable. Unit manager had to be called because of an Internet issue and it was taken care of in the time it took us to eat breakfast. This is an older unit, but it is very clean and well taken care of. Fraser is centrally located so that you can do multiple activities within a 30 minute drive. Rocky mountain national Park is only 45 minutes away. The unit is the first one on the street of condos. It is very quiet. Our teenage granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub almost every evening. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great location and perfect for our family of 10.
Loved having the washer and dryer and well stocked kitchen. It was very comfortable. Our grandkids (and kids!) loved the Nintendo. Great selection of games and movies even though we didn’t have tons of time to use them. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful Mountain View 😊
Thank you!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located between Winter Park and Snow Mountain (YMCA). We had two families a total of 8 people and there was plenty of room. The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen which was very nice because we were able to cook meals. It's a cozy little condo with lots of room! We would recommend this condo and the renter. He was great and kept in touch with us. Thank you! We will definitely visit again.
