We enjoyed our visit . We felt the staff was very friendly, nice rooms and clean. Oh yeah, lived the cookies
Naturally, everyone would love to see prices a little lower.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. It exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly.
Maybe a microwave in the room.

I like that we had a balcony in the room to the outside and not the inside as it was quieter. Also the staff was pleasant and nice even though the Hilton Double tree was too cheap to have it propertly staffed on busy check in times and days between 3-6 pm on a fully booked hotel. The front desk lady was great answering the phones, walky and checking people in, slowly, but it did finally move along. Took 30 minutes to check in with 10 people waiting for one person. Not a manager name in the signage as they likely don't want to be known and hiding in the back. The hotel is large and for the most part clean. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated but had some wear on the rooms. The shuttle to the concerts were nice to go and too busy to pick up which is ok as it was a 25 minute walk after the concert was ok. They should have two shuttles on concert nights would be more ideal. Overall a pleasant stay. TV was a smart TV was nice too. Loved the bed and 4 pillows. Definitely a highlight of the hotel. The coach is ok but could have used a better table instead of a foot rest there. Shower was hot and no issues there. Elevators were slow but worked. Not many floors so sometimes just took the stairs. Two pools one inside and out. Small but it worked. I think instead of a pool inside, it should be a huge hot tub spa would be preferred. They did bribe us with cookies which helped a little. But instead of cookies just have people there to help check people in efficiency. Some improvements could make it a nicer stay. It was nice also they did have some sports games on in the Atrium area. Was nice to relax in the open space and watch the game for an hour. The bar seemed decent as well.
Its an older late 60s or 70s design and feel of a hotel. Location is decent for Fiddlers. Needed an extra shuttle but one was at least a nice touch. The rooms were somewhat updated. Nice to have a refrigerator yet it was noisy and needs replacement or something. The rooms could use a ceiling peel. Old popcorn ceilings should not live in the 2020s IMO. The bathrooms are super small and barely enough for one person. That really made it feel like the 60s. The drawers were not functioning and broken rollers so that was not ideal to unpack. I was told by others staying there too that there drawers too were not working well. This should be an immediate fix. Broken drawers are no bueno. Gym needs improvement as the mini gym machine had many broken or unusable parts to use properly. But they did have multiple treadmills which worked. but nothing else really worth using. So adding some quality to the gym would be easy and a lot of people were using the gym so it should be something they consider making a better experience.

A nice experience, waitress was extremely nice!
The bed that I was using had marble sized feathers bunched up at bottom of squares on Duvet.brought it up to housekeeping took a Pic head housekeeper brought new duvet went to check out the guy behind desk after I told him about duvet said in a very sarcastic voice, those are feathers ! Yeah, not bunched up like moss on a rock! Again said those are feathers! Checked out guy says you want cookies? Yeah no just a weird experience..I don't usually start confrontation, but this was unfortunate!
