Nestled in Miramar Beach, this charming condo for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Note - Unit 312's housekeeper is performing normal rigorous cleaning procedures and has a robust disinfecting checklist, using CDC-recommended disinfectants. Come and enjoy your vacation at one of the most desirable condominium complexes on the Emerald Coast. The Crescent has a tropical setting with lush landscaping. There are two pools and a heated hot tub for your enjoyment. The exercise room is well equipped for those who like to work out. The condominium, with only 68 units on 4 floors, has a warm and inviting feel. It is gated for your privacy and security. We also require RFID wristbands, when on property, to be worn for those 12 and over. When reserving please indicate how many in your party are 12 or over. After a day of shopping , at the beach or playing golf , you can relax on our balcony and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Our unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bathroom has granite countertops and a modern tiled shower. The kitchen also has granite counters and is fully equipped with updated appliances and for those coffee lovers, a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee. We have 4 flat screen TV's and 3 DVDs. Our furniture is casual and comfortable. The main areas are tiled and the bedrooms have luxury vinyl flooring. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen and we have a sleeper sofa. with an upgraded mattress, in the living room that sleeps 2. We try to update the unit each year with at least one project. For example, the the living room and master bedroom furniture was updated in 2021. Also in 2021, the entire unit (including trim and doors) was professionally painted. In February, 2022, new drapes were hung in the master bedroom and living room, and a new rug was placed in the living room, all grout inside and outside was professionally cleaned and a granite topped vanity was added in the 2nd bathroom to replace a pedestal sink. In 2023, we replaced hallway, kitchen, dining area lights and the ceiling fan in the living room. We also installed the luxury vinyl flooring in 2023. In 2024 we purchased a new Kichen Aid refrigerator, 2 new arm chairs with a ottoman, and a new kitchen table and six chairs. Things to Know: -New in 2024 -On Site EV Charging Stations! -Included in your rental fee is a beach set up which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. You can purchase additional set ups from the beach attendant.-- -Beach Service is available from March 1 to October 31. -Wireless internet service on site at no cost. - Parking is first-come, first served. There is no assigned parking and no parking passes. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property. They will be towed at the owner's expense. -There are active security cameras around the common areas only. - Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. -You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo. -RFID wristbands must be worn when on property for those 12 and over. -WHEN RESERVING PLEASE INDICATE HOW MANY IN YOUR PARTY ARE 12 YEARS OR OLDER SO THAT WRISTBANDS CAN BE ARRANGED. The condo was exactly as pictured and had an absolutely incredible view of the beach, you could see dolphins right from the balcony! The balcony gets plenty of sun and everything was well kept and clean. We were provided with plenty of toiletries/paper products/detergent for the whole stay. Book this condo, you won't regret it!

This condo is well kept, our unit was clean and perfectly appointed. The king bed was very comfortable. The guest bed was a little firm, but our kids didn't care! The pools are wonderful and having a heated pool was great since our weather wasn't perfect! The boardwalk to the beach is easy and very well maintained. The beach service was excellent and attentive. We have nothing bad to say about the unit. The location is great with amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is a big outlet mall across the street, SanDestin shopping and dining district just 2 miles away. We will definitely return to this property!

Had a great time! Mattress in Primary bedroom was very comfortable. Den furniture needs to be replaced. Arm chairs are dirty and sofa is uncomfortable. Great ice maker in refrigerator. Nice washer/dryer. Superior location.

Nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Property manager, Domenick was great. Nice location and very secure. Beautiful clean beach. The 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a great perk! The Surf Hut restaurant next door was a great place to eat. Would definitely stay again.

We have been vacationing at the Crescent for more than 15 years. The nice condos, access to the beach, incredible views and well maintained premises are all pluses, but the magnificent pool area is star of the show. This year, they were a bit too overbearing with the groundskeeping up our you-know-what the whole week—chainsaws over your head while you’re reading by the pool is sub-optimal—but I guess it was due. Hurricane Idalia was not disruptive to us. The condo was well-maintained, nicely decorated and supplied, but fix the bedroom sliding door lock, and the TV/remote situation is not the best. The balconies are close, and neighbor was loud, but that’s out of anyone’s control. Minor details, we had a great week, the unit is a winner, and the Crescent rocks. We will be back.

This was our first visit at the Crescent and we will definitely be back! We liked the smaller feel of the condo unit, but it has an awesome pool which was a big plus for our kids. The unit was a perfect size and had all of the items we needed. Really a wonderful space for our family of 4. The location is great, and the unit is well secured as well. We will absolutely return!

We loved the location of the condo. The vuew every morning was great with the pool and the ocean. The beach is so easily accessible. We brought our 4 month old. She loved the pool and beach at dusk every day. We really loved this particular condo.

This property was very clean and the location was wonderful. But the most wonderful asset was the pool and beach view! We just couldn’t get enough of it. My husband loved the hot tub- said it was one of the best he’s experienced. We spent a part of every day in the very convenient beach chairs with umbrella which Dominick provides to his gusts. Many typical beach restaurants were nearby. We certainly had our fill of seafood!

Overall everything was great with the place. The small community with the pool and the access to the ocean was great. My only wish was that there would have been a few more things stocked in the house (additional garbage bags & dish pellets, little conditioners and lotions like you would get in a hotel room, coffee and filters like you would get at a hotel). Overall, though, it was perfect. Thank you.

Condo was exactly as described, the view was breath taking. I really enjoyed the table/chairs on the Lani for having breakfast and enjoying the view. The grounds were well maintained, pool nice after a day at the beach. The last day the jelly fish were bad, but that sometimes happens. We had a great vacation and can't wait to return.

This condo was amazing and perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. This was our second time staying at the Crescent. The location is great. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants and a grocery store. The condo complex is smaller, so the beach and pool are not over crowded. The condo is right on the beach, so it was a super short walk to our included beach set up each day. Security was great, not that we’ve ever had an issue with it in the area. We always felt very safe. The condo itself was great. Comfy beds, ac was perfect, kitchen had anything we needed, and the kids were able to sign in to Netflix for down time. The views were awesome! Would definitely stay again!!

This was a great place to stay in the Destin area. The property itself was gated, clean, and family-friendly. The unit was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The front bedroom is rather bright in the morning, so if you're looking to sleep late, bring an eye mask. I didn't mind, however, that's where the kids were sleeping and they didn't need to sleep late anyway. I highly recommend this place for families. I would stay here again.

The condo is situated right on the beach which makes it accessible to the ocean and awesome restaurants nearby. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vaction. Sometimes traveling with my young kids feels like a hassle but this property made it so easy for me. Lots of covered parking and poolside seating too. Overall, we had a lovely time!

The property was great accurately pictured at vrbo. We be stayed in this area many times. The beach this time was covered in seaweed. In the past they have kept it cleaned so I’m not sure what was going on there. We had a great time and would recommend thiis condo.
