The layout was a little different than expected. The property was beautiful. The weather was uncooperative.

We loved our stay! The place is charming and Sandra is a great host who goes above and beyond. We enjoyed the location very much, although road noise on Hina Lani (nearby) has increased over the years. The property would work a little better for a family than two couples, since the indoor spaces are mostly shared. It worked fine overall, though, and we definitely recommend this lovely property.

This house is really a hidden gem, we loved our stay here. The fruit Sandra left for us are the sweetest I've ever had.The location is very convenient to downtown Kona.The layout of the rooms are a little funky to get used to, but totally functional, with 2 bathrooms and a lot of doors to go to the pool!Can't beat the private pool and hot tub! Watching sunset there, listening to the birds chirp and frogs sing, magical.Lastly, I will mention there is no dishwasher in the kitchen, or washer/dryer, not a big issue though.
