Situated in Rocky Point, this charming condo for $169 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. PACK and GO! This new to the rental pool condominium offers an amazing view to the pool area into the Sea of Cortez. This condominium is located on the 2nd floor of the Cabrillo Building - Ocean View. It is fully furnished and the kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed. Electronic includes Flat Screen TV in Living Room and Flat Screen Bed Room. Also BBQ's utensils are provided in case you want to use one of the outdoor BBQ's provided by Las Palomas. Fiber-to-home Wifi provided in this Unit. 'WALL SAFE', for your convenience with an easy to use locking system! Guest will receive the following services - maid service, set up account to charge to room for Bars and Restaurants, 24/7 Customer Service by dialing "0" on the in-house phone and Beach Towel Service. Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters. Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron and La Maria Fine Cusine Restaurant and a Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room in Phase I and BBQ's throughout. This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities. At least one of the guest staying must be 25+. Smoking Policy: Note: All rental units at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort are smoke free so everyone can enjoy fresh clean air during their stay. If signs of smoking are found a $150 cleaning fee will be charged and additional charges if damage found. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read the Vrbo Cancelation Policy which is set to relaxed. - No Refunds for no shows or early departures. - No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy. Our condo was clean and stocked with things we needed. Love that there is room service each day if desired. Great size for our family of four. We had a really fun time, spending most of it at the beach and some in the pools and participating in resort activities.

When we went to check in, Las Palomas did not have the reservation. I provided the confirmation number but they couldn’t find anything. I called the property manager Brigitte Michel and she wouldn’t answer. She texted and said please text me. I told her that my reservation was not found at Las Palomas. She asked me to provide my name and reservation number. She said give me 10 minutes! We were waiting at the front desk. I asked if they had any other available condos. In the meantime the property manager texted back and said there had been a mistake and she was going to have them switch the other people who got my reservation. I told her never mind. We had already reserved another condo and to refund my money. She said she would research it to find out what happened and apologized for the inconvenience. Then when I got the refund it was short the fees over $50. I messaged her through VRBO and through text and she refused to answer me. I would not rent from this person again. It only showed that it was $226 when advertised but then the total I was charged was over $280. Through no fault of mine, Las Palomas could not find the reservation. I should be refunded the total amount.

Condo was great! It was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The only problem was housekeeping with floors being dirty and sheets not being changed during the stay.

We arrived to discover that I had booked the wrong days. I was 1 day off. I sent a text to Brigitte and she was very helpful in changing the reservation. Within an hour we were able to get everything changed. Thanks again.

The property and condo itself were beautiful, well decorated and had all the amenities you'd need. There were a few issues which normally I wouldn't complain about because I tend to find similar issues with condos at this property but was very disappointed in the owner’s attitude and lack of timely communication.
We couldn't find the WiFi password - I've been coming to this property for years and I've never seen the password not listed in view somewhere with the WiFi name. I contacted the owner who responded with “it's in a welcome guide” (which I don't recall receiving). I also informed them that the safe was locked so we couldn't use it and the ice maker wasn't working – there was just a big block of solid ice. She didn’t reply to either of those issues. When I re-inquired asking her to reply, she said it’s stated in the welcome guide that problems are to be handled by the resort operator. While I do usually call the front desk, if there is further attention needed, and in this situation, I didn’t recall getting a welcome guide, I have not had any issues reaching out to the owner and getting help. Most owners are responsive and willing to help but they didn’t seem to want to help and did so reluctantly.
They seem to have issues with the A/C in almost every condo I've stayed in on this property so wasn’t too surprised there were issues. Upon arrival, it was very warm in the condo so we turned on the A/C and as low as it would go until it cooled off. The lowest was 72 degrees which you'd think would be fine, but it was unusually hot so we contacted the front desk who sent a maintenance guy to check it. He said he knows what's wrong with it but isn't allowed to fix it, and he agreed it was unusually hot for 72 degrees. So, we contacted the owner who sent out a tech and they set the low to 70 degrees.
They did come and unlock the safe and tried to fix the ice maker but when they left, they said to give it an hour to make ice. As it turns out, it still wasn’t fixed but at this point we didn’t want to deal with maintenance anymore, so we didn’t call back.
We wouldn’t have been that upset with these issues had the owner been more responsive and willing to help. They seemed irritated that we reached out. There were other small issues that we didn’t report like light bulbs not working, shower head spraying you in the eye from every direction, etc. But, for the price we pay for these condos, things should be in tip top shape.

The condo we stayed in was great it deserves five stars..... don't know exactly where this review is going, we were very disappointed that we are not allowed to have beach chairs which we would take down and bring back up at the end of the day on the beach. That's why we come to your location to sit on the beach on your chairs, we'll look for another location next time

PROS: Top Notch - We really loved our stay at the condo. It was perfect- including the weather ( monsoon season) a bit balmy but that's a given. The condo had all the comforts of home and more. 5 Gold stars
CONS : The washer in the laundry room needs some attention - its very noisy.
The front desk de-activated our room key 45 minutes before check-out- that was a real pain in the %$@.
Otherwise... cant wait to come back!

Exactly as advertised
No phony pictures here. What you see is what you get. Great ocean view, spacious room. Queen-size wall bed made it possible to rent this one-bedroom with two teenagers. Most one bedrooms only offer a sofa bed, which is not comfortable for two adult-size people.
Kitchen was well stocked. Property was clean.
