About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $365 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautifully appointed vacation home! . Located twelve houses from the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to Brown's, Wonderland pier, and the high school athletic fields which include tennis, shuffleboard, and a running track. Quiet street with a large covered front porch and open porch on the rear. The third floor master bedroom includes its own private balcony and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We supply beach tags, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cart. The kitchen includes amenities such as an electric griddle, toaster, coffee pot, trash compactor, crock pot and more. There are books, games, and movies along with cable and WIFI throughout the home. A full outdoor shower provides an alternative to bringing sand indoors. We own the attached lower condo which affords the opportunity to rent a seven bedroom, five full bathroom and 2 outside full shower rental (632653). We rent only to those 26 or older and we do not allow pets or smoking. We do not rent for senior week or prom weekends.

Welcoming, spacious, well-located, and perfect for hosting our family Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful stay and will return soon. With four bedrooms, three full baths, an open family room/kitchen, and large decks we had more than enough room. Bill was very responsive which made the experience even better. Don't hesitate on this home!

We were in Ocean City for a family wedding. This house was great for family entertaining and group dinners. Great location, close to the beach. September is a perfect time to visit OC, fewer people and great weather.

Pretty much everything we needed was at this amazing shore house. Portacrib, high chair, beach chairs etc. Loved the master suite on the third floor with the private deck.

We had a great week at this property. The pictures were accurate, we loved having the 2nd and 3rd floor masters. It was a short walk to the beach and close (but not too close) to the boardwalk attractions. Everything we needed was included. Will definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as listed. One block from the beach, perfect to come back and forth with younger kids. Easy walk to the boardwalk and rides. Sleeps everyone comfortably.

We enjoyed our week in this well-stocked home. Very close to the beach and Boardwalk - lots of restaurants a short walk away. Lots of outdoor space and great front patio. Bill checked in before and during our stay and was quick to answer any questions.

The house is lovely - clean, spacious, and well stocked. So close to the beach and boardwalk. The beds are comfortable - we were definitely able to relax! Bill was great to work with - very accommodating. I would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again next year!!

The location of this condo was really nice: easy to walk to the beach or the boardwalk. It was perfect for a girls weekend away. The condo was clean, spacious and it was nice to have 2 master bedrooms. We enjoyed the view from either of the front decks: there’s one on each floor. It was nice to have the option of shade on the second floor front deck. Communication with property owner was great and the check-in process was easy. We had everything that we needed in the rental. We would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thank you Bill & Kate!!!

My family stayed her in January to attend a volleyball tournament in AC. The house and location was perfect. It had everything we needed and the hosts were terrific. I would stay her again and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!!!

The rooms were nice, the beds were great, there was space for my family and my sister’s. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked, although the knives were not great. It was a good space for a large family to gather in- we even set up a Christmas tree! The beach is just a block or so away and you can see the ocean from one bedroom and from the decks. One thing I should note- there are a lot of stairs. It was fine for us, but a little difficult for my elderly mother who came over to visit a lot during our stay.

We were really impressed with the property and what we found when we got into the unit. It was very well stocked with all sorts of things we didn't even think of, and had great supplies for the baby staying with us. The owner was top-notch with communication and answering all the questions we had in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely rent this property again! It served our needs very nicely.

We had a fantastic week in Ocean City and the house was perfect. It was clean and updated with plenty of room for our party of 8. We were close to the beach and had multiple porches to sit out and enjoy the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again, thank you Bill and Kate for a memorable vacation!

Perfect place for our family to meet! The house was clean and spacious enough for all 11 of us. We loved the proximity to beach and boardwalk and all the activities they provided. I would definitely rent it again!

An amazing find!
We were able to rent the property last minute. Boy am I glad this listing popped up because the house was perfect for my family of six. Plenty of room! The pictures do not do this place justice. Check in process was so easy. It was sparkling clean when we checked in. I initially thought the house was going to be small but I was proven wrong. It is so spacious. It’s in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We ended renting bikes for the week which was nice to ride the boardwalk in the mornings and ride around in the evenings. Bill was on the spot with answers to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be renting from Bill again.

55 & Fabulous with Fabulous Accommodations
I hosted my 55th birthday with 9 of my closest family and friends. It was important to me to be in a comfortable, cozy, clean environment and this house offered all that. All of the ladies enjoyed
The openness of the floor plan. It was spacious enough and we were able to prepare meals, eat, and gather in this home away from home. It was a great atmosphere, the ample amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was definitely a plus. All of the ladies enjoyed and commented on how lovely the house was. Bill was readily available via phone to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely property that provided our family with a comfortable place to "nest" for a few days while we were in town for a funeral. Correspondence was prompt and the unit was beautifully kept.

A fantastic way to end our summer!
We could not have been happier with our stay in this property. The owners were great to work with from the beginning to our sad departure. The house was very clean and the owners provide so many amenities from puzzles/games to beach toys and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! We felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We brought my elderly parents and were concerned about the steps but the steps are indoors, and carpeted and railed the entire way. My parents had no problems. Also, the house is really only 1 block to the beach as it sits in the middle of a block. Bill provided a pack and play and high chair which was so helpful!

Bill contacted us before our stay to confirm everything with us. Check in was easy. The house is very clean. Plenty of space. We loved the location close to the beach and boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream! The balconies were lovely and a great place relax. We had small children and they were entertained and could handle the short walk to the beach. Bill was extremely helpful and accommodating. Loved it here and would definitely stay here again!
