Renovated and furnished April, 2022. New paint, floors, and countertopf . This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath offers a full sized kitchen with NEW QUARTZ countertop with recessed sink with everything you need - dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and full sized, side by side washer & dryer in condo. All new linens, towels, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Queen Sized bed in Master, 2 twin sized beds in 2nd room, all with Memory Foam Toppers. TWO full bathrooms that were just refinished (April, 2020) to include non-slip flooring, NEW quartz bathroom countertops. Brand new beautiful Sleeper Sofa and side chair. Brand new LARGE kitchen table with seating for everyone, including a long bench, great for kids. 3 large flat screen TV's (both with expanded cable). Surf the web on the condos own personal, secure Wifi connection, play board games or relax with a book during your stay. And don't forget the great balcony where you can kick up your feet on the cute newly purchased adirondack chairs, watch the sun set and enjoy the island breeze.

The condo had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location! We loved it!

The condo was clean and had lots of amenities, all as described in the listing. Walkable to beach with our 5 year old and wagon. Unfortunately, the building needs some work. When we arrived, the a/c in our unit was not working. Cristina was very responsive when I reported this and was able to get someone to come out and fix HVAC on Christmas Eve (2 days after our arrival). Additionally, there was a persistent drip coming from a hole in the ceiling over the shower in the main bathroom. It looked like a mold situation, and I hope they get this fixed. The beds were not very comfortable, and the occupants in the unit above us were noisy and nocturnal. Other than these issues, we were pleased with our stay.

It was a lovely place with a good location and good amenities. The room with a double beds needs a bed side light, the dishwasher should be bolted in, and there is a near constant sound of running water. Other than that the place was tidy and we have no other complaints

There is some maintenance to be done. Some some been refurbished but the listing indicated it was a fully redone.
Check out process and entry was easy and efficient. It may be good to mention you can park on the beach that is close to the condo.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious, clean, and well equipped for our weekend getaway. We loved how beach toys were included -- our sons enjoyed playing in the sand. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There were so many shops and restaurants close by -- we enjoyed Island Joe's for coffee and Padre Pizzeria. The only negatives were that the walls were thin (we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking very loudly at times), there was not good water pressure to one of the sinks (master bath), and the internet was very slow, so when we were streaming TV shows they froze a lot. The beach would have been a pretty long walk with all our gear and young kids, so we ended up getting a parking permit and driving to the beach. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in this condo.

Dishwasher needs to be attached to something. I fell forward when trays pulled out.
The sink in the master bathroom had very low water pressure.
The hid-a-bed was bad enough my kids put the mattress on the floor.
Other than that it was good.

I stayed here with my family, the space was great. We really enjoy the beach and the proximity is perfect for that. It is just a short drive away. The condo was decorated really cute. Overall it was just what we needed.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, with palm trees and views of the bay. It is very spacious, and accommodated our family of five very well. It was very clean. The washer and dryer were so fast! The mattress was so comfortable, I slept better than I did at my own home! 💗 I loved that the property had a wagon, chairs, and toys
for us to use for the beach! That perk was a pleasant surprise. It was a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend this property!

The place is very clean! The location was great! If you are looking to get a good night sleep while on vacation. .. The bed was like sleeping on a rock with a memory foam on top of it. You could hear every footstep day and night from third floor. Everything can't be perfect! Nice place!

Easy process to rent and get checked in. Nice facilities and it was really close to a lovely beach. within a reasonable walking distance, and only a short drive from a lot of great local spots. We had a great time.

The weather wasn’t perfect during our stay, so we were grateful for the space in the condo. There was a great channel selection, nice large table for family games, and a fabulous pool area. The owners were easy to contact. We had a great stay!

My two teenagers and I stayed 3 nights at this location and we were very satisfied. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and we felt very much at home. The location in regard to the beach is great and not a bad walk. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick trip down to the beach and back as often as we wanted. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay: dishes, towels, washer and dryer, etc. I was a little concerned about noise since we were there during Spring Break, but we had ZERO disturbances from the street or the other guests. Overall we were extremely happy with our choice to stay here and would gladly stay again in the future.

Perfect place for a short get away with my fiancé. The beach is a short drive/walk. The pool with hot tub was an awesome perk. Cristina is very accommodating and responsive. She understood when we had to cancel a night due to the military orders. Definitely plan to stay again.

Very nice updated condo close to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped. TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Small balcony facing the west looking over the parking lot. One bedroom had no lamps and the ceiling fan could not be turned off. FYI for older folks, no elevator and the stairs are steep. Also no grab bars in either tub. Overall a very nice comfortable condo in a great location.

Place was nice and clean, good location. Only complaint was the noisy kids in condo above on 3rd floor, could hear thru the floor jumping and running around constantly.

Everything from initial speedy contact from the property owner, to the location and ease of finding it, and all of the very detailed instructions – – made it a perfect weekend getaway for my girls group. Love the layout of the unit, and it is very well stocked as far as kitchen utensils, etc. we would most definitely choose this place again!

Just renovated and needs some just items completed. It is a nice layout and was comfortable. But Door lock worked on the first day and contacted property manager, will send Maintenance Never showed up, So had 4 adults deal with ONE key to get in and out for 3 days All toilet seats are loose and about to fall off. Had 4 adults 2 kids No sheet for pull out couch. Rinse off area Key card would not work. It was just little things that just kept happening.

Wonderful time. Well stocked with what we needed. Maybe a few more wash cloths, but otherwise just awesome. Clean, so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, just about anything you wanted to do. The pool was very nice. Highly recommend!💞🏖👍. Thanks. Pam

Great place to stay! Clean and cozy and conveniently located by the beach. The only thing I wish it has was a better mattress for the pull out bed for the couch. Other than that our stay was perfect!!
