Everything and the location
You didn’t have no fans in the property

Nice location, had the option to walk, drive or catch an open to bus to a lot of the locations
The property was very compatible to the needs that we had.

Very clean very comfy loved the lay out sofas were so cosy, the main bed was a divan bed which we was reallly happy about it’s wasn’t a small double because we are tall….kitchen had everything you needed
The only one downfall of the property was the seating outside on the balcony was the best:( was only 2 little seats and they were 5 of us. Y

The property was in an ideal location. And nice caravan site, shop on site is good and staff were very friendly
The caravan was cold, and only had 1 heater with 2 bedroom this wasn’t enough, unless you stay in the living room with fire on it is freezing. Needs more heaters. The people that own the caravan are lovely as I had to speak to them while I was there (there were Unaware the caravan was even booked by anyone) however the people that do the bookings are very rude and unprofessional, although I have stayed in this caravan before and left the caravan cleaner than I found it I was left to wait 7 full days for my bond to be returned to me, they were rude on messages when I asked simple questions and then chose to ignore some of my messages. as a single mother I found it unacceptable that they waited 7 days when I only asked when will i get my bond back they were very rude to me and I feel they waited the 7 days to upset me and I know the caravans will have been checked well before the 7 days. I will NOT be staying in this caravan again just because of how I was treat by the people that do the bookings.
