Situated in Tolovana Park, this lovely house for $995 per night is a great choice for your next break. Have you ever dreamed of having a home on the edge of land that almost touches the sea? This home is possibly the closest location to the Pacific Ocean in Cannon Beach! The kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, high end appliances which adjoins an attractive island with 4 leather bar stools, plus a long cafe table with cushioned bench seating for up to 8. You'll find a counter/bar with a built-in mini-fridge across from a sizable pantry. A short hall leads to a divided full bath with an enclosed toilet, a sink & vanity, and a glass front step-in shower and tub. Across the hall is a bedroom with Queen bed, original western art, and large North facing window. The main floor offers gas fireplace and living space with 3 seating areas. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two with Queens and one with two sets of bunk beds (bottom bunk on one is a double bed). The full bath features 2 sinks, shower and tub, and enclosed toilet. Downstairs is a great room with additional beds and a third bathroom. A large deck overlooks the ocean. Great Views: Our home is right on the ocean. Whether there will be sun, storm, warm or cool, you will love this location no matter what time of year! In addition to all the amenities of Cannon Beach - fine and casual dining, local brewpubs, wine shops, art galleries, coffee shops, Bruce's Candy Kitchen, even a hardware store that serves beer(!) - you can play tennis or try your trick moves at the skatepark. A absolutely loved our stay. House was very well equipped to host a large family with lots of kiddos. Especially loved the commercial size w/d that helped keep up with beach towels and clothes. Can’t beat the location (on a quiet street), the views, even the permanent neighbors next door were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Sip n Surf is a wonderful spot right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked, the front yard and picnic table is great for a crowd, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the sitting area is to die for.

Our family of 9 just spent 5 days 4 nights at this house and it couldn't have been more perfect! It is furnished with just about anything and everything you can think of....and somethings you wouldn't! The main floor bedroom is perfect for people who prefer not to use stairs. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and bright with amazing views of the beach and Haystack Rock. The basement is set up as a family room and has another bed plus 2 couches and was perfect for the teenage boys to do their own thing.
The location couldn't be better! The stairs with beach access are right by the deck with Haystack Rock being 1/4 mile away. The views are absolutely breathtaking, we even saw a pod of orcas swim by one day! There is a market about a mile away or Safeway in Seaside for groceries.
Casey was amazing to work with. I had to contact her a couple of times and she was got right back to me and got us taken care of very quickly.
We definitely hope to return next year!

The views at this property are really spectacular- I’ve been coming to Cannon Beach my whole life and this was easily the best time and best views I’ve ever had here! The house has everything you need and probably the stuff you forgot, especially if you like to cook. It’s really clean, stocked with tons of nice towels and extra bedding and multiple hairdryers and beach towels and good games and comfy seats all over- it’s really such a great spot!

Our visit was top notch! Communication with the home manager, location, amenities…we loved everything about the property! Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our family reunion. We had four couples and one single but room for 3-4 more family members who couldn’t make it. Very spacious with three levels and a bathroom on each. We spent time out on the front deck and playing games in four indoor locations. The kitchen was a good size and had all the things our two gourmet cooks needed. We highly recommend this home!

Spectacular Beachfront Home
This home was fantastic for our multigenerational group because it had wonderful backyard space that led straight to the beach. Our family and friends have been staying at Cannon Beach every summer for over 50 years, and this location allowed those 80+ to enjoy the wonderful views from the living room and also make it to Haystack on the beach with some assistance. The seating arrangement in the living room was nice for conversation and views, and the openness of the kitchen was good too. It was well-equipped with all the appliances and supplies for cooking any meal. The bedroom and bathroom layout were great for our group as well. Having 1 bedroom on the 1st floor was super helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Other wonderful features (often lacking in rentals) include great water pressure in the shower and sharp knives in the kitchen. (As others have mentioned, this kitchen has *every* tool you might need.) I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing emergency "go bags" in all the bedrooms in case of tsunami/evacuation. Bonus features during our stay included daily visits in the front yard from the wild rabbits and one magical sunset visit from an entire herd of elk. They loved eating the rose hedge across the street! Truly a magical moment in an already wonderful vacation!

Such an Amazing Convenience of being Sooo close to the beach (low tide exploration around haystack rock, body boarding, sandcastles and evening firepits on the beach all within a touch of your fingertips.
