About this house rental
Located in Lanai City, this charming house for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Jasmine House is a Hawaiian plantation style home built in 2000 by Castle and Cooke Ltd and upgraded in 2010 by a craftsman designer. All new appliances and beds were purchased in 2018. Red mahogany floors run through the entire home. Both baths have been upgraded with tile flooring, granite counter tops, one has a tub the other an attractive glass block wall shower. Most importantly there are a complete set of fresh linens and towels provided along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops and is well equipped with new appliances installed in 2018. This includes dishwasher, oven-range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and complete set of pots pans, and dishes. Note taxes broken down for lodging; the cleaning fee includes HGET in total amount of $182.29 [$175 fee + 7.29 HGET]. TAT Tax ID #190-425-4976-01

Our stay was for 4 nights. Myself, two adults,1 teen. Accommodations as described in brochure. Very warm and cozy place. A large veranda with tropical plants and flowers surrounding it. Neighbors are quiet. Natural winds come down the mountain slopes making any time spent at the house comfortable. When the wind is in slack mode, mosquitoes do come out.
No roaches were seen inside of the house at anytime. Beds were medium hard and comfortable. Basic pots and pans for self cooking. Microwave, coffee maker, large fridge and full size stove. More than enough dish ware and cutlery for six persons.
This is a very comfortable alternative place to stay than a hotel. Quite, relaxing, self contained, I highly recommend “The Jasmine House “ It is not far from the hotel should you want a restaurant sit down dinner. Thank you to the property manager for making a great part of our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you Vrbo for arrangements, will book with you again.

My family and I loved the Jasmine. It was just the right size for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen had everything, helping to cut back on the need to eat out. We hoped to take advantage of the outdoor space but the trip was planned during an unfortunate wind storm. When we could sit outside it was very pleasant and private. We made use of the beach chairs and coolers provided by the host. They were a lifesaver. The only negative I would mention was the bedding had been washed in very fragrant laundry soap. One of my family member’s migraines are triggered by fragrances; the sheets and comforters had to be rewashed with fragrance-free detergent before they could sleep. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

extremely clean and well appointed, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and centrally located in Lanai city, easy to get to. It's can be hard to find a place to stay on Lanai but this house is a personal favorite.

My husband and I were thrilled to stay in Jasmine house for 12 days in August. The wrap around porch was beyond lovely and comfortable . The bedrooms/ bathrooms/ kitchen were well equipped . We were delighted that the home was able to cool down at night, thanks to the fans, the windows and of course the location. The home was very clean.
Lanai City is a must see . So many great restaurants. The people in the city are very friendly and always made us feel welcome.
There is so much to do on the gorgeous island of Lanai. Jasmine House is a fabulous location. You can enjoy days at the beach, hiking , big exploring and get back to a lovely, comfortable, cool home.
Bart Baldwin is wonderful to work with when planning a vacation. He is trustworthy, responsive and will support and advise as required.
Staying at Jasmine House made our trip to Lanai extra wonderful. We look forward to staying her again. Mahalo!

It’s also an easy walk into town to Richard’s market, Ganotisi, Lanai City Grill, shops, the theater, etc. The addition of a Jeep rental – again, thanks to Bart – was great for exploring the island. I definitely plan on booking Jasmine House when I return to Lanai!

Hidden gem!!
Property was immaculate, everything there that you would need, very helpful host Bart, easy to reach and very accommodating. (Bart). Convienient location, quiet, easy to get in and out. Thank you Bart for your hospitality!!
