Situated in Sanbornton, this attractive house for $199 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The home is spacious and absolutely charming. It rests on the shore of picturesque Hermit Lake. Winter months ice fishing off the rear of the property, snowmobile trails nearby, skiing and snow tubing 30 minutes away to many mountains near by. In other words Winter Wonderland. Summer months: The home offers Central Air conditioner, A sandy beach is just a two minute walk down a rustic road. Near Golfing areas (10 minutes away) Feel like taking a dip? Swim to the raft then dry off and work on your tan. This little treasure is located in Central New Hamphire which is absolutely beautiful! Ensuring peace and tranquility for some, for others, a restful conclusion to the end of a day filled with one or several of the many great adventures awaiting you in New Hampshire. If the afternoon with a good book sounds good to you, picture yourself nestled on the porch catching up on your reading while glancing out to the water between pages. For some great adventures we are really central to all that New Hamphire has to offer. Grab a canoe or a kayak and go explore the gorgeous and tranquil Lake Hermit where you can go fishing. Lake Hermit is described as one of the best lakes to fish. The rental includes 5 kayaks, a canoe and a standing paddle board🤗. At night the fire pit offers the opportunity for everyone to gather and share the wonderful adventures experienced during the day or catch up with yourselves listening to the crackling of the fire. Once out in the back yard you will never want to come inside, however, when you do, you will be in love with this home! Tasteful furnishings and a completely and generously stocked kitchen/living room/dining room. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen size bed and the loft offers two comfortable twin size beds. There is also a studio in the lower level with a full bath. The property is just wonderful! The property represents New Hamphire! The Home is near everything, however, it offers privacy and tranquility. The home is completely furnished. A standby generator automatically kicks in if there is a power loss. A new heating system assures you long hot showers and heat during the winter months. Central air conditioner. The house operates with monthly checked smoke directors and carbon monoxide detectors. Our prices are accommodating for you and your guests to enjoy this beautiful property and its prime location. You will not be disappointed. We are a couple who are committed to and take pride in our guest's satisfaction. We are located in Sanbornton, New Hampshire which is near many of the most prime winter and summer attractions and activities, along with other points of interest that Central New Hampshire can offer. We were a group of friends stayed couple nights and enjoyed it so much. The house is a : Wow… way better inside that the looks from website… Everything is almost new, very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped, both bathroom clean and fancy lighting, sofa and recliner very comfortable. The best of all was the view of lake from living room and cleanness. Thebads were very comfortable too. We will definitely book this house in future.

Location met the needs of our group. Was clean and comfortable with a cozy fire pit. Met expectations. Providing bath linens for guests would have been a nice touch of convenience. In my case our trip involved five rentals - this was the only one where these weren't provided and definitely helps a traveler to avoid the necessity of packing these.

The property was amazing--great location, super nice and new, fun for the family! We didn't take advantage of all of the fun things they had--wish we could have stayed longer! The only minor inconveniences is that we had to bring our own towels and washcloths. We'd stay there AGAIN, without a doubt. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

The property is exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean and has a beautiful outdoor deck with a wonderful view. This is the first vrbo rental with no towels. That was a surprise. Misunderstanding with gaining entry, but finally worked out. I would recommend this property.

The property was good. However, I was very surprised to find out (2 days before our arrival and after we had left home) that bath towels weren't provided. This wasn't stated in the property listing. We had to find towels at the last minute.

The property was exactly as advertised. We really appreciate the honest and accurate photos and description of the property. The owner was terrific to work with. No surprises or problems. We had a great weekend and all of the guests said they would recommend the property and we hope to come back next year.

Wonderful house with all the stuff you could ever need for a fun lake vacation. My boys are all fishermen and they had a blast pulling in fish after fish. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to have AC, not a common feature in northern NH. We have already booked this house again for next summer!

The Birch-Willow Lake House is such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn’t be any better! Direct access to kayaking and paddle boarding, a short walk to the beach, and central to so many restaurants, breweries, and activities. The house has a modern cabin charm we were looking for. The updated kitchen and open concept is a dream! We loved hanging out on the back deck enjoying the lovely view of Hermit Lake. Super baby friendly spot, which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and cousins met her for a couple nights at the lake, we truly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully situated on the lake with complete privacy and over 8 kayaks, plus a canoe and paddle board. All 8 of us were able to have our own kayak and enjoyed the beach area too. A beautiful and comfortable deck for our morning coffee with an outstanding view. The beds were comfortable and the home was perfect for us 8! The firepit was perfect for making s’mores snd talking about all the fun we had that day. We will definitely be back! Anna & Tony we’re also available and easy to connect with while on our stay for questions we had.

The house is perfect with a lot of room. It is very pretty. The spot is right down a short street from the beach where you can swim and sit out. They provide kayaks you can use. The owners are very nice.

Booking again for next year. That tells you everything. This was my very first rental attempt. It was absolutely immaculate. Beautiful lake cabin, deceptively large and many well planned features (like blue tooth stereo speakers in the bathroom!). The deck was thoroughly peaceful and the overhang let us sit out and listen to the rain and peep frogs without getting wet. I could wake up to that lake view every day! My daughter LOVED the loft area and made good use of the kayaks. I’m a nature photographer so it was heaven for me. Begged the owners to sell this property to me but I couldn’t convince them (yet!). I pretty much cried when I had to leave this little piece of heaven. Quiet, but close to town. We drove to Vermont and up to Jackson NH on beautiful back roads. You WILL NOT go wrong booking this property.

We stayed at this property in April 2023. Sanborton is a good location in nh it is located near everything that we wanted to do. The hosts Anna and tony were very accommodating. They have set up their home for everything that is needed. The house is very comfortable including the beds. We would like to reserve again during the summer months so we can enjoy the deck, yard and lake . Thanks Anna and tony for offering your home.

This is the cutest cottage. We walked in and my kids immediately ran to check out the loft, which quickly became their domain. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Anna and Tony were friendly and attentive hosts, checking in multiple times. The cottage was clean and fit all of our needs. The new snowfall was so pretty from the glass doors on the deck. I hope to find a time in the summer to return and truly enjoy a sunset on the back deck or a kayak ride. This was close enough to enjoy a day in Meredith and also a night at Gunstock. We would definitely rent here again.

Our stay in this home was entirely wonderful! We were looking for something rustic and cozy yet modern and warm, easy to get to, and immersed in nature. That's exactly what we got. We stayed through a cold weekend of single digits with negative windchill, and we were warm and toasty inside the whole time. The hosts, Tony and Anna, were both incredibly communicative, helpful, quick to respond, flexible, and accommodating. The cabin has a charming, rustic feel but all of its amenities are modern and up-to-date (the kitchen, the heating, the bathrooms, etc.) We all remarked that the beds were the comfiest beds we have ever slept in at a rental. There were cute signs and art scattered around the home that felt warm and friendly. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. The double-decker back porch is beautiful and spacious with a great overlook of the lake. We had so much fun in the winter time that we can't wait to come back during the summer months to use the firepit, grill, kayaks, and the lake. This home was a wonderful location for our friends reunion and indeed allowed us a beautiful space to make great memories. 10/10 would recommend a stay here for a lovely and relaxing weekend. Thank you Anna and Tony!
