Nice for a short stay

Location was great, check-in was easy, and it was clean. Really good for someone visiting short-term.

Warm, bright, cozy and clean apartment. It has everything you need - different kinds of light, an a/c, cooking utensils, full height mirror. Big window makes it really bright during the day, the external blinds can make it blackout dark if needed. The bed is comfortable, the blankets are warm and breathing. The apartment is on the ground floor but the street is really small and quiet, mostly pedestrian, it’s never noisy. Nice neighborhood - central location, green, quiet, lots of small cafes and groceries. The host is friendly, reliable and always in touch. I lived in Belgrade for 1,5 months and stayed in 6 different hotels and apartments and can tell for sure that it was my best stay. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place for a short stay in the summer months.

The location is perfect, and that is this apartment's strong point - if you're not planning to spend much time indoors and want to visit all that the city center has to offer - this is a great option, relatively cheap compared to similar locations. The communication with the owner was great, without any issues and he let us stay later than the official check-out time which was very nice.

I would not recommend for longer stays or winter time visits - the heating is not efficient enough when the temperature goes below zero, even if you use both the heater and the AC. The bathroom has no heater of its own. The kitchen area is tiny and if you plan to eat out - totally fine. Parking options are limited - the city center is crowded and it is often hard to find street parking. There is a garage nearby which is a great option. The place itself could really do with a bit of a make-over and a more of an in-depth cleaning.
