The room was spacious and very clean! It’s located on the big road so heading to the pier was easy.
There were lots of mosquitoes in the room and I used my spray for room to kill them. Which is ok, I understand it’s Thailand. It was walkable but bit far from fisherman’s village.

The rooms - I stayed at The Tree twice on the way to and from other islands. The rooms were clean and tidy - the ground floor rooms were great to sit out in the evening with the foliage. The lady who owes the property is fantastic - very helpful and thoughtful with kind suggestions and knowledge. It is an easy walk to Fisherman's Village turning right out of the property if you turn left and walk for a short while there is a very good massage shop set back off the road just after the line of shops. As mentioned the staff are great and the owner excellent. (you will need to organise taxis for ferry and airport - easy enough to do)

Short walk to beach, markets and restaurants. So easy to get grabs to get around the island. Staff were so lovely and welcoming.
