Загалом залишилися приємні враження від проживання. Квартира має хороше розташування: поруч є магазини та парк. Територія будинку закрита, що також є плюсом.
У квартирі було чисто та є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. На кухні достатньо посуду та всього необхідного для приготування їжі. Ліфт працював без проблем.
Окремо хочеться відзначити господиню — вона особисто нас зустріла, все показала та пояснила. Дуже привітна й приємна у спілкуванні.
Із невеликих мінусів — подушки з пір’яним наповненням. На мою думку, для квартири, яка здається під оренду , більш практичними та гігієнічними були б подушки зі штучним наповненням. Також було б добре встановити москітні сітки на вікнах, оскільки поруч парк і в теплий період у квартиру залітають комарі.
Також варто звернути увагу на стан сантехніки — деякі елементи трішки підтікають. Це не створило значних незручностей під час проживання, але, на нашу думку, потребує перевірки та невеликого обслуговування.

Розташування прекрасне, набережна поруч. До будь-якого місця дуже легко дістатися навіть пішки. Прекрасні господарі, дуже ввічливі і турботливі.

Good parking on the fenced territory near the building. Quiet location, food store nearby as well as small river to walk by. Training/play ground near the building. Not far from the city center
There was no low lights like torches in the apartment - mainly lighting on the ceiling which were bright. Also no curtails on the windows through there were no buildings around to spy after us
