Great location, wonderful view, comfortable room, good breakfast, quiet
The bathroom was awful - you have a shower and absolutely everything gets wet and the floor ends up being a puddle that takes some shifting. Also, the smell of cats in the restaurant was a bit too much even for me, a cat lover.

The hotel is part of a 15th century fortress which is super cool. It's in a peaceful and quiet village. 5 minutes from Ajdovščina and 50 minutes drive from Trieste, Italy.
It would be nice to have TVs in the rooms.

Everything about this stay – the host, location, room – was fantastic. The breakfast was great – and the view from the patio was stunning. The host went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful visit.
