Nestled in Milford on Sea, this lovely cabin for $266 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Luxurious modern lodge on the edge of the New Forest in a Country Park setting – dogs welcome. Luxury 3 bedroom holiday lodge accommodating 6 people (78 square metres internally) set in a lovely setting but walking distance to all facilities. It is ideal for a wonderful family holiday. It can be a base to explore the New Forest and the local beaches. The lodge is situated in the picturesque 5 star Shorefield Country Park on the outskirts of Milford on Sea and is just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The local beach has unrivalled views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. Bournemouth is also just 25 minutes away. The New Forest walks, cycle rides and countryside begins just 5 minutes drive from the Park. Inside the lodge there is a lounge area, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen which includes hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A utility area has a combined washing machine and drier. The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with en-suite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds and there is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. There is full central heating. The patio area, which goes around two sides of the building, has 6 chairs and 2 tables for your alfresco dining. More comfortable reclining chairs are provided for your relaxing. You can receive the benefit of all day sun. As part of the rental we are providing you with guest tickets which will give you free access to: • Indoor heated swimming pool - perfect for youngsters or those with mobility issues There is a lovely Jacuzzi and also a sauna and steam room available to those 16+. • Lovely heated outdoor pool - open between end of May and the beginning of September. • A well appointed gym. • Children’s entertainment – An enormous variety, catering for babies and children up to 11 years of age early evening followed by family entertainment seven days a week. • Bars – 3 bars including a dog friendly bar and an adult only bar. • A family restaurant area including bar. • Ice cream parlour and amusement arcade • Fishing lake • Tennis court and multi sport playing area • Wi-Fi For those looking for something more relaxing you can book into the spa for massages. A well stocked shop enables you to get all the essentials - Although there is a mega Tesco Store 3 miles from the park. The lodge has a small library of books, CD’s and DVD’S – The 40 inch TV has Freeview. It also plays CD’s and DVD’s. Board games are also available Dogs are welcome - Park rules say a maximum of two dogs. This lodge is perfect for relaxing and can provide a complete holiday but you may like to walk to the beach and there are some lovely cliff or promenade walks. Apart from walking and cycling the New Forest is full of things to do and places to visit – from ‘Paultons Park’ and ‘Peppa Pig world’ theme park to the motor museum at Beaulieu, to horse riding, paddle boarding and animal sanctuaries. And don’t miss the famous ponies! – There is a whole range of activities available and we have a folder, kept at the lodge, of dozens of things that might interest you. In addition there is no shortage of pubs and restaurants in a 5 mile radius – many situated in the countryside. Nearest villages/towns New Milton (3 miles). Lovely shops - train station Milford on Sea (1.5miles). Quaint village with pubs Lymington (5 miles) with superb shops, a marina and a fantastic lido the kids will love. It has a ferry to the Isle of Wight, a train station and a fantastic mini golf course! Barton on sea (2 miles). Sea views and cafes . You can walk there by walking along the cliff tops. The Barton on Sea Golf Club is just 1 mile from the Lodge accessible by car. Christchurch/Bournemouth – 13 miles. Large seaside resorts with miles of sandy beaches. Buses: There is a bus on the beach road (Number X1) that goes from Lymington, through Milford on Sea, New Milton and on to Bournemouth. It runs hourly and the stop is 10 minutes from the Lodge. During the summer months open deck buses offer tours around the New Forest. One can be picked up at the park itself.

I would highly recommend this lodge, which is in a great location. The owner was really responsive to any questions and provided lots of information. The lodge itself was absolutely perfect and in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay. On site amenities were great, the beech really is only an easy 10 minute walk and town isn't that far either.

We had an amazing long weekend stay at Harvey's Lodge. The property was much better than we expected - so beautifully furnished, modern and clean!
Helen went an extra mile with the warm welcome we received (prosecco and hand written note). Communication with Helen was just perfect, she provided all the info in advance and replied on all our queries in less than 30mins.
We are already thinking about booking her place next year for longer than long weekend. Two days were not enough to experience everything that happens around.

The property and the communication from the owners were fantastic! I took my family with me for a short weekend so I could compete in a race, the lodge provided an amazingly comfortable base for us, the stay felt very personable and the facilities at the park were perfect for entertaining our 2 children. already talking about another trip!

Harveys Lodge is beautiful, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Owners thought of everything, home from home with fabulous decor. Nice location, visited Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight as the port is only a short drive away, would definitely recommend and we would love to return,

We had the best time away at Harvey’s lodge it was clean and had so much space for us all. The children loved the pool on site and the beach was about 15mins walk away (slow walk with kids!) and was so beautiful! So glad the lodge had a huge dishwater for us all and managed to use the washing machine as well. We are booking again for next year!

Really nice lodge with everything you need! All amenities on the doorstep, on site shop has the best burgers ever, lovely sunny spot and only 10 mins walk to the beach! The beach is great, with amazing sunsets. Overall fantastic holiday location.

The Lodge is super clean, welcoming and well equipped. We felt so relaxed there.
Our visit wasn't exactly a holiday, due to medical need to be in the area, so we didn't use the park facilities on offer, but we know Shorefield as we used to live locally, so happy to recommend.

Property is fabulous! It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there.
We didn't go to any of the entertainment or restaurants so can't comment on that but my Granddaughter went to the indoor pool with her Mum and enjoyed it. Lovely walk to the sea less than 10 mins and beach huge and very few people as it was early in the season. Our dog had his first experience of the sea and sand and was sooooo excited.
We went on the open top bus which picks up from Shorefield, got off at Brockenhurst, you can get on again later and had a cream tea in the gardens of a hotel just a short walk over the railway line.
All in all we had a lovely break. Can't recommend the property enough and owner Helen very friendly and helpful.
PS. We had fish and chips delivered on our last night from Tides restaurant on site. Delicious!
