The rest of the world seems to have gone a little inflation crazy. We will continue to offer an affordable fun family getaway that does not break the budget. This newly renovated home affords spectacular views of the Laguna Madre and the Bird Sanctuary. The water's edge is only steps away. This beautiful home is complete with a full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen and full beds, two full bathrooms and plush comfortable couches and recliners to relax in after a day on the water. Numerous free ranging white-tailed deer roam throughout the town with many feeding and lounging about in our yard. There is for your use a: Fire TV Gas BBQ Coffee Maker with Coffee cream and sugar Waffle Iron with waffle mix Deep Fryer with fish batter Blender for smoothies or Margaritas (bring your own fixins) Water Hose at front of house for boat clean out Fish cleaning table

There was something dead, and the smell was overwhelming downstairs underneath the home and junk lying around. Linens are good and kitchen is well stocked it would be helpful to have a Keurig. Showerhead needs to be replaced in the single stall shower. Lots of water and floor damage. There was no picture of the exterior of the home in the listing. The water view and deer were wonderful. The overall condition of the home was very rough. I overpaid considering the condition of the home. For that price plus all the fees, the value was terrible.

Nice house, well stocked with a great view of the bay. Was nice to be able to rinse the boat off on the property. Communication with the owner was great as he responded to communications within minutes. Definitely coming back. -pc

Property was as described with great views and great amenities . Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare great meals . Owner was quick to respond and check in was super easy . Home is older with a few minor flaws but over all a fantastic stay . We will be back soon .

Property has a beautiful view. Everything was provided. Piers were a short distance away. Loved sitting outside on the deck. Owner quickly responded to any messages i had leading up to the trip. Would definitely go again.!

Waking up to the sight of the sparkling waters and gentle waves was a daily treat for the senses. The condo's large windows and well-placed balcony allowed me to savor the mesmerizing view from the moment I stepped inside. It truly set the tone for a peaceful and memorable stay. One of the major highlights of this condo is the convenient boat parking available. Moreover, the location of the condo was perfect. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. With its awe-inspiring bay view, convenient boat parking, and access to all the necessary amenities, it is truly a gem. Whether you're a boating enthusiast or simply looking for a serene escape with stunning views, this place has it all. I can't wait to return and experience its charm once again.

This is a fishing cabin with a view of the bay. The views are awesome, I just think the communication could have been better. We drove in late, and No where in the VRBO info nor anything online tells you where this cabin is located. Other than "Sportsmans Paradise" which that doesnt help. We sat on the side of the road for 30 min.. Tired and frustrated trying to find the address to this place. Once we go there, there was no instructions for WiFI nor trash disposal or anything. The other thing it did not have enough towels in both bathrooms. It was adequately outfitted with coffee maker, fridge, stove etc... just needed more towels (only 1 hand towel in the bathroom, nothing for taking a shower)

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. There was enough space for us to park our Dodge Laramie 2500 and our 24" Dargel boat/trailer without having to unhook the trailer from our truck. The only thing that I wished it had was a pool to enjoy after a long day of fishing. The view is spectacular and we will definitely be back again.

The title of the property fit very well. This is great for a "sportsman". We went fishing for 3 days and the place suited our needs very well. The boat ramp, Mexican food restaurant, bait/tackle shops are all together just a minute from the door.

This area is the primo example of Southeast Texas fishing communities. The property is ideal for fishing the surrounding areas. I can't express in words how perfect it is!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sportsman's Paradise lodge. The property is located on the bay, and, unusually for beachfront houses it is reasonably private. No internet but phone service is excellent. You can walk to waterfront with minimal effort. The back yard has friendly deer coming through during dawn and dusk hours. WARNING: town of Port Mansfield has posted signs saying that feeding deer incurs $200 penalty.
