About this house rental
Located in Ludington, this lovely house for $314 per night is a great choice for your next break. This 3 bed/ 1 bath beach house is a wonderful place for singles, couples and families to enjoy. It's just a few steps away from Lake Michigan with a beach/ lake view from the living room, dining room, bedroom and front yard/porch. This house has everything you need for your perfect beach vacation. There is public beach access, steps away, right across the street. Sit on the front porch to watch the sun set on the beach in the evenings. You can also walk to the beach for mini golf, walk the break wall or head to the House of Flavors for ice cream. Walk downtown for great restaurant choices and shopping! This house will sleep 4 adults and 4 children comfortably (8 people total). Bedroom #1: has a queen bed, two dressers and full closet. There is a flat screen, smart tv connected to WiFi. Bedroom #2: a small bedroom with a queen sized bed, dresser and small closet. Bedroom #3: has two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). This room also has a small living space, a tv, which is hooked up to a DVD player. There are movies and games available for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Included: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes. The bathroom has an antique claw tub/ shower combo with a pedestal sink. Towels/ linens are included. Also included: is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and storage. There are smart tvs in the living room and in the bedroom, both are connected to WiFi. There is a small tv/ dvd player in the kid's room. The garage space is another area for relaxing. It has a table and chairs, mini fridge and games. There is also a portable fire pit and Weber gas grill available for your use. There are beach toys, coolers, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella available for your use. The private driveway can fit two full sized vehicles for parking. There is also free street parking available right in fromt of the house. Please message me with any questions you have. This little house was perfect. Perfect location for Beach, Shopping and Meals. The list of things to do and places to eat that the property owner left was very helpful. Only one small bathroom, but it was the cutest little house. We will go back.

This cottage and the owner couldn’t be more perfect!! I fell in love with the home when I saw it. But after speaking with the owner I knew it was the perfect place for my little stay in Ludington!! Vanessa was a dream to communicate with. Extremely quick to respond and is the sweetest!! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her home!! I hope to get back in the future for a longer stay!

We have a getaway to Ludington with our family of 5 and this house was perfect. The location was excellent and the property was great. My three boys loved the bunk beds and “play room” area. They were obsessed with the garage too. Vanessa was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Vanessa has thought of everything from the ease of communication and check in to the cutely decorated cottage, the comfy beds, all of the fun games in the garage, and even an old fashioned malt machine! Ludington has been a family tradition for 50+ years, and this was hands-down our favorite rental. We will definitely be checking in next year!

So glad we got this property last minute! It was a great location right across the street from Lake Michigan. So many things to do within walking distance. The house was very nice with plenty of things in the garage to use.

Family getaway
I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had!!!
Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She answered any questions we had immediately and was so polite and kind with any questions. The home was PERFECT! There is not one thing I would change. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer! It was extremely clean, very comfortable beds, perfect location to beach and town and it had every amenity needed to make our stay relaxing and perfect.
Beach toys and chairs, yard games, bikes, fire pit....the list goes on and on.
I can’t recommend this rental home and Vanessa enough! EXCELLENT!!!

This charming house was the perfect place for us to stay on our Michigan trip. The location is one block from a beautiful beach. You can walk to the Ludington lighthouse. Off Season Recharge
From beginning to end, working with Vanessa (owner) was an absolute breeze! She was very responsive and always ready to lend her best recommendation for things to do/eat/see in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised which is always a relief! The house, bedding and bathroom were very well taken care of and without a doubt clean. This property would be perfect for 2 small families looking to connect for a beach trip!

This was a great stay for our Labor Day weekend getaway. It’s right across the street from Lake Michigan and walking distance from downtown. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The homeowner was so helpful and easy to contact if we had any questions through out the weekend. We will definitely be going back to this beautiful blue house!

Our family had a blast staying here...we wish we could have stayed longer! The house is in the perfect location. It is steps away from the beach and lighthouse, and a short walk to town for shopping and ice cream. The house is bigger than is looks! Very clean inside! Vanessa is super responsive and sweet. We'll try to come back here next year for sure.

Upon arrival we fell in love with this property. It is in the perfect location, plenty of space, set up great for families and has everything you would need for a few days away. The property is clean, cozy and charming. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Fabulous place to stay!
What a fabulous place to escape our Family during our Covid lock down! The property had everything we needed and more and was close to the nature escape we were looking for! The owner was so accommodating and pleasant to work with!
