Nestled in Ludington, this attractive condo for $310 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. From "LUDINGTON LOOKOUT" enjoy a bird's eye view of the marina, car ferry, Waterfront Park, hot tub & pool. This 3rd floor 3-BR, 2-BA, 1645 sq. ft. corner unit boasts the largest floor plan at One Ludington Place. 2-king beds & 2-sets of bunk beds sleep 8 in comfort & luxury. Master suite includes an oversized shower & soaking tub. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, & separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer provide all you need for a carefree getaway. Activities abound with the beautiful beach & lighthouse just 5-blocks away. Parks, shops & over a dozen nice restaurants are within a much shorter walk. Rainy day entertainment includes 3-HDTV's, 2-DVD players, an i-Pod docking station, as well as many books, puzzles & games. Gas grills are located in the "common area" for all to use. Bed, bath & ktichen linens are provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. In the Spring, Fall, and off season there is a 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions. Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

New Years Eve is a fun time in Ludington! We’ve done this stay for several years and always had good beer,good food and good times. Staying at One Ludington Place is perfect! A cozy condo with a fireplace and all the amenities we need for a long weekend. We’ll be back next year!

We stayed at this condo the last week of August. Ludington is a favorite place for us to vacation. This was the first time at this condo but definitely not the last. Location is perfect. It is very clean and spacious. My family of 7 (6 adults 1 child) had plenty of room. Host is very responsive with any questions. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Unit in need of refurb. Walls/framing marred. Carpet permanent stains,matted,dirty,nail pops. Master mattress lumpy. Lights out over stove,master bath fan,kitchen ceiling. We removed kitchen sink stains/pink mold on shower curtain.Headboards loose.

We had an amazing vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 children and all had plenty of room. The location was perfect - 5 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping and 10-15 minutes to the beach. The pool was clean and the property grounds were well kept. We felt very safe with the entry codes required to enter the building. There are some outdated features in the condo but it was clean and our small issue was addressed quickly! We will be back next year!

It was a great week to relax & enjoy Ludington. This condo is close to downtown shopping, the marina & park, a short walk to Sterns beach. Having a condo was great for making meals for our family. We used the on-site grill a few nights. Having a pool was nice! The only “problem” we had was our kids were told they couldn’t jump into the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal but they are little and didn’t understand.

Great location for this condo. Walking distance to downtown, beach & marina. The place was set up nicely and everything was clean and ready for us. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker could be replaced but adequate. There were several marks on some of the walls, scuffs that probably would come off easily. Very helpful ziplocs and foil and dishwasher and washer detergent supplied! The second bedroom has a nice King size bed very comfortable. The master bedroom could use a new mattress as the sides sloped down from the middle. Overall nice vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at one ludington place. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Everything in walking distance. The weather was great and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset over the lake. Great spot to catch up with long time friends.

We loved this property! We enjoyed walks on the beach, and loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed watching The Badger go out and come in each day, from our window! Our weekend was a bit chilly, so we really enjoyed the fireplace! Property is just as described.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained unit with all the kitchen ware needed to prepare meals and BBQ on the grills outside the clubhouse. Comfortable beds with fans in each bedroom to keep air moving during the night. Loved proximity to town, Stearns Park Beach, Band Shell for concerts, and Badger docking. Brittany and Nicki were outstanding in handling our reservation, check-in and return of security deposit.

We like this location for so many reasons. The secured entrance locks we feel safe and secure. The children love to swim every day go to the park. All the beaches are close by, we loved our Condo because we could see the pool, the badger and the marina. It was a wonderful week.

The Ludington Lookout condo was super clean with plenty of space for our extended family. It was equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were very comfortable. It is centrally located to local restaurants, Waterfront Park, and is right on the harbor for watching the Badger car ferry depart for and arrive from Manitowoc, WI. The beach is a several block walk away. The unit includes one parking space in the underground parking garage and is super close to the elevator.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the management team was always available to answer questions. We inadvertently left an item behind after check-out and they immediately retrieved the item and held it for us until we could return to pick it up.
Ludington Lookout is a great place to stay.

This is a great condo for families looking to enjoy everything that Ludington offers. Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable and the pool/hot tub were great. The location is perfect - walk to the playground, parks, beach, restaurants, shopping, fishing! Nikki and Melissa were both so nice and there to help if needed!

This is a great condo for families looking to enjoy everything that Ludington offers. Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable and the pool/hot tub were great. Family Vacation
The contact and responsiveness of the property manager was exceptional. We had a few minor maintenance issues (garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc...) but, it was no fault of anyone and handled quickly and courteously. I would recommend this unit for a family looking to get away as it had everything you would need.

So instead, we limited our use of this outdoor space. This would lead me to choose a different property the next time we are in Ludington.

Our sons and their families occupied two condos @One Ludington Place, each sleeping eight (8) for a week in July for our every-two-year family reunion. They enjoyed their time. Comfort in terms of temperature was an issue in both units in the bunk-bed rooms and the hot tub didn't work all week. That was a major issue for our Phoenix family of seven (7) as they were looking for more "heat". We were promised the hot tub would be fixed by the Tuesday after their arrival the previous Saturday and it never was fixed.
