Located in East Nashville, this lovely house for $273 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cumberland Cottage is tucked away on a quiet waterfront street that is steeped in history, with several famous old school Opry Stars living nearby. It's private and safe here. There is very little car traffic so it's great for walking around or riding bikes. We see deer, geese and turkey regularly, and enjoy fishing in the Cumberland River. Just down the street is a very quiet and historic park. It's a special neighborhood with friendly folks. Yet, it’s just minutes from the famous Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills Mall and THE GRAND OLE OPRY. Within 4 miles there are over 2 dozen Restaurants & Nashville’s biggest Water Park. Downtown is only 18 minutes away, much closer than 95% of the waterfront homes in the greater Nashville Area. Two great golf courses are within 4 miles, uber and lyft are very familiar with the area, and a taxi service is based only 1.5 miles away. Once you get here, you may not feel the need to leave. There's a fireplace in the living room and an outdoor fire bowl in the private backyard that's perfect for entertaining or relaxing. If you like to cook, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, with all the pots, pans, and small appliances of home. Outside on the back deck there’s a gas grill with a side burner where you fishermen can fry up the day’s catch. Fresh, crispy linens are provided on each bed. White cotton towels are also provided. Each morning you’ll enjoy your breakfast and complimentary coffee in the sun-filled dining room, or take a walk down the quiet lane and listen to the birds and the river. In the evening… enjoy the peace and quiet on the front or back porch. When it’s time to turn in each bedroom has an HD television, the first and second bedrooms sport new king beds and the third bedroom has a new queen bed. If you have a party of eight, two deluxe inflatable twin mattresses are available. Other amenities include Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, Blu-Ray players and board games, and High-speed WiFi. All you need to bring is your clothes and your food. We provide coffee and some kitchen amenities. We go the extra mile for our guests and also provide eco-friendly bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. When you arrive, we can provide a greeter to help you settle into the property, or just leave you the door code prior to your stay. Just let us know what you need and we'll do our best to make it happen. Please note: To rent our home, you must be at least 25 years of age.

This house was great. Having 2 king and a queen very comfortable beds made this house so comfortable for a group of adults. There were plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay. I had a question and got an immediate response! Very convenient to the Grand Ole Opry and a quick drive to Broadway. Thanks for a great stay!

This house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing trip to Nashville. Very conveniently located to shopping, the Opry and restaurants. A short ride and you were in downtown Nashville. The fenced back yard was perfect for our Boston Terrier; she was able to run around and be off her leash. We would love to stay again for our next Nashville trip!

Location was great for us, and so quiet! The place is done up nicely inside. The floors are a bit creaky and as others mentioned the deck could be beautiful if refurbished, but neither of these things would deter us from a repeat stop here. We are always grateful to find a nice place that others are kind enough to share with us, and this was one of those.

2nd VRBO in Opryland we've stayed at under the same host who was great to communicate with when making reservations. The house has a comfy, relaxing feel to it with beautiful decor. Perfect to come back to at the end of a busy downtown Nashville day.

The Cumberland cottage is the ideal place to stay for peaceful comfort, that's just a few minutes drive to all the Music City main attractions. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home, with comfortable beds, good hot showers, and plenty of options to hang-out and relax indoors or out. It's nestled in a picturesque location with the Cumberland River in view, and quiet and respectful residents in nearby properties. You'll feel like you're staying in the country, yet are only a short drive away from the Grand Ole Opry, Scoreboard Bar & Grill, Nashville Palace, Opry Mills Mall and plenty of choices for great food. As a bonus, you get whole house at a fraction of the cost of downtown hotels and other rentals. The property owner, John was awesome to deal with and made our reservation, check-in, and stay a breeze. We'll definitely be checking availability of this property for future visits to Nashville!

Beautiful property located in quiet neighborhood. 10-15 min drive from downtown. Opryland, shopping and restaurants near. Owner was very easy to work with. We had no issues with the property during our stay. I would definitely return.

The house was great! We had close encounters with the deer which made it beautiful! Close to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel which made it easy and convenient to get to and from our conference with NO traffic. Plenty of options to eat. Most of the floors squeezed but I would still stay there again. In fact I would recommend this to anyone.

I have stayed a-lot of places and I just have to say this place was amazing and was perfect..the setup and layout was perfect. Great neighborhood..home was clean and efficient and had everything and anything we needed. The owner was very in tune and very responsive to what we needed if we need anything. Definitely plan to visit and rent again! Price was right!

Property description was accurate. House was comfortable, well furnished and kitchen was adequately appointed. Only minor negative was the outdoor deck area in back. It definitely could use some attention and a bit of an upgrade. That however didn't detract from our stay just a suggestion for the owner. Would definitely rent this property again.

Located on a quiet street. Fenced in backyard for pets. Floors in the house do creak when you walk on them. I had to get something to drink from the kitchen in the middle of the night and did wake up my partner and another guest in one of the other bedrooms due to the floors creaking.

We booked this property for 4 adults. The house was very clean and the location was perfect for all the Nashville sights. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a great time and would book this location again!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The drive downtown is a quick 20 minutes. John came right away to the house to fix an issue with the door and there were no more problems after that! The floors are quite creaky(noisy), it didn’t bother us too much but something to keep in mind if there’s an early riser or kids in your group. Kitchen was well equipped and the back yard was handy for the dog. We would stay here again!

What a perfect property. There were 5 adults and the house and location were great. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy in and out, super close to restaurants and minutes to the Opry Mills Mall. Uber to Broadway was convenient. Beds were comfortable, soft sheets (thank you!) plenty of towels in each bathroom, and ceiling fans and TVs in every room. What a great 5 days!!

This house was absolutely perfect. We rented this spot for our mom and grandma for Mother's Day. Convenient to LITERALLY everything. Was equipped with everything we could've possibly needed plus more. Sits in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Deer were out everywhere just walking around. Good view of the river out front. We will definitely be renting this house again!! Not to mention, the owner let us check in a day early which was awesome!!

We loved the house and location. Perfect size for our bachelor party group, well-appointed, and in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood with river views and lots of wildlife. It was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The host was communicative and helpful when we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
