About this house rental
A one bedroom with amazing sunrise views. The living room boasts an enviable ocean view, the bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Upon request, an air mattress or cot can be made available for children's use in the living room space. Your rental includes a safe for your valuables, smart tv (bring your netflix password). We provide you with your own golf cart to make exploring Grand Turk easy. The Orange Suite has its own outdoor patio space including, loungers, eating space, BBQ, and a outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand.

Million dollar views and million dollar hosts. I would highly recommend this property. The property is exactly how it is listed and you have everything you need for a fantastic stay. The golf cart is the bonus and is a great way to get around the island.

Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was amazing as it helped us explore the island. We will definitely return someday.

Wow! What a trip! Our stay at Villa Kaya (Orange) was absolutely incredible. Theresa and Renato were the most welcoming and friendly hosts that I have ever experienced. Truly wonderful people. The unit was everything and more than I hoped for. Sun rises every morning. Beautiful quiet beach as a backyard. The unit was clean and so tastefully decorated. We had everything we could possibly need. I wish the rating went higher than 5!!

The hosts are AMAZING! The view was AMAZING! The golf cart access to explore the island was a must. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, but other than that it is a wonderful natural beach to explore. We ventured over to the other side, a short 5-10 minute drive to enjoy the gorgeous beaches.
