The location was perfect, the view from the kitchen and it’s balcony was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was good for the time we spent.
All is fine, just the stairs might feel uncomfortable, but it is still manageable.

I liked the rooms, it gives you a cosy feeling and there was a lot of space.
The shower was weird because it was operated through the sink, so when showering you had to spread your arm to the bathroom sink to change the temperature etc.
A lot of stairs and floors you need to climb to get to the rooms so it is not easy for wheelchair users. It was fine for me but if you can not climb many stairs or you are using a wheelchair use another hotel.
The old man on the first floor speaks 0 English and has a very bad attitude, he tried to argue with me when I brought my friend early in the morning in my room to talk for 2 hours and he then, from what I think he was trying to say, wanted me to check out and confused me with another person.
All the other staff were great and very kind. But his behavior is completely unprofessional and is the only reason I would stay in another hotel room next time I visit Tbilisi.
