The room rate is very fair for what you get: free wifi, free access to kitchen facilities, a shower with hot water. The room is very spacious. The location is very quiet and safe. The staff are friendly and hospitable. They keep everything very clean.
There's no air conditioning, but they make that clear in the description of the property, so it wasn't a surprise. On the plus side, they provide you multiple fans to use within the room.

Large and beautiful property far away in the middle of forest
Far away from everything including grocery store, restaurant, etc. You will need a car or have to pay a minimum of $100 US dollars to reach the property from the airport.

No back up generator.

Lovely spot.
The fridge in our room didn’t work. I brought that up to staff twice, but no fix. Far from nearest place to get a meal. Pillows were really lumpy.
