The place was a real oasis .....clean, friendly staff well situated and well appointed...it is also very clearly well looked after..
Nothing it truly was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in.....not posh but not cheap and nasty...just a very very good hotel.

I loved that there was coffee provided in the room however I think you can improve to 2 sachets of coffee atleast. 1 sachet is too weak for 1 cup. Also, make available the known tea, not just green/ herbal tea. e.g Five roses and the likes.
The Tv channels weren’t working well. Only could tune to SABC 1. Who still watches SABC in this day and age? I was expecting Dstv access, even if it’s not full package channels but access to the like of the now viewed channels. eg 161
Tv quality was just not in a good condition besides the dstv access.

Comfortable and the location was great. Room was good. Big bathroom but no amenities just a small bar of soap. Needed more pillows.
The fact that the restaurant only served buffet at R260 per person and we were told that we couldn't order off the menu because everything was frozen. The food was not worth the money we spent for two people. We should have walked 5 minutes to the restaurants opposite the road.
