Welcome to Villa Maria, our modern designer villa, located in one of the best locations in Aruba. When you enter Villa Maria, you will be welcomed by our luxurious kitchen diner with cooking island, large dining table and sitting area, with an open concept to the outside space. The unique U-shaped layout ensures privacy, so that you can enjoy the private swimming pool in peace. Villa Maria is built to resist the heat of the Aruban sun and is built with the best insulated materials to keep you cool and fresh inside. Our Villa is suitable for 8 people (possibly 10). This villa is a short distance from the beautiful beaches and the bustling center of Palm Beach, with hotels, casinos, shops, nightlife and restaurants. Moreover, the Tierra Del Sol Golf Course & Spa is located a few minutes away. The villa, with 400 m2 of living space, has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 very stylishly finished bathrooms, a guest toilet and an indoor garage, suitable for two cars. Services * 2 Master suites - one double box spring (with the option of 2 single beds), smart TV, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Aruba is definitely a happy place. DESIGN VILLA MARIA is a a great house. It is exactly what was listed, pictured and more. Such a spacious and comfy home. I will staying again. Stay here, you will not regret it.

Cannot say enough about this house, the owner and their property manager. From the booking in 2021 to the Covid cancelation and then the re-booking this year, the experience has been flawless and very professional. The house itself is everything the listing shows and more. Our family comfortably settled in from the first minute and had to pry them loose to leave. Fantastic location that is a short drive to everything. The neighborhood was lovely with very friendly neighbors always with a ""Good Morning ". We found ourselves spending more time at this beautiful home and the gorgeous pool than we would normally during an Aruba vacation. If the opportunity comes again we will definitely book Villa Maria again.

Large modern home with open kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool. Clean pool with a great layout, while one side gets sun the other has shade with ample sunchairs for all your guests. Caution: tiles do get slippery when wet, be safe and use footwear around the pool. Cozy outdoor seating for the evenings.
Large bedrooms with individual AC and TVs. Large bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets with access to the pool from each master bedroom.
We went with two families (7 people) and the kids loved running around in the open spaces.
Close to the beach, casinos, supermarkets, etc. Arashi beach was the closest but a couple times we drove out to Baby Beach (~40min drive) which was great for the kids...highly recommend.
Great communication with the property owner and property manager, Dennis and Julie.

We just spent 10 fabulous days at Villa Maria.. the house is gorgeous.. even bigger then it looked! The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were here..
julie the house manager is fabulous.. she even responds to butt dials!!

Check in was wonderful as we had Julie there waiting on us with information and even a bottle of wine. Julie was our point in contact and help us anytime we needed anything not just the house. The home speaks for itself! It’s beautiful and even better than the pictures. Our stay was amazing!

This was my 3rd trip to aruba and we needed a larger place this time that would be good for adults and kids. This home is absolutely beautiful, well done, and had everything we wanted. The location was great and the property manager Julie was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dennis and Julie!

We just got back from spending the past two weeks at Villa Maria. There were 4 adults and 3 young kids in our group. We had a great time. The villa is in a very quiet + safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is a short drive away. The pool is awesome. The property manager is lovely to deal with. We would return to Villa Maria in the future.

We had a great time at Villa Maria! The pool was great and there were enough chairs for everyone. It was great that one side of the pool was in the sun and the other was shaded so that we could take a break when needed. The owner's assistant was always available when we had questions about where to eat or where things were. We highly recommend this Villa. You will love it.

We had a great time at Villa Maria! The pool was great and there were enough chairs for everyone. We picked the house mostly because we have stayed in this particular neighborhood before, and the design of the house looked unique. The house is much larger than it appears in the listing, with a large amount of common space and generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and bathroom. This house would be great for large groups.
The outdoor area is awesome with plenty of shade throughout the day.
The management company was responsive before the stay and it was easy to make arrangements for the check-in, even with our flight delayed by 90 minutes.
Highly recommend staying at Villa Maria.

Great property!
Beautiful house, sizable private pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. Outdoor grill is a nice feature, we used it all the time. Great location, 5-7min by car to the beach. We loved Arashi beach, so beautiful and not crowded.

I could not have asked for a better experience everything was just as the pictures showed everyone was so help the house was in a nice area I hope one day soon we can get back there to enjoy this amazing place

He assured me it would be worth it and boy was he right!! We did not want to leave. Julie the property manager, what a delight she is.
She was available for anything you needed. Although the island was “one empty island“ it still was very much “one happy island” we will for sure be staying at Villa Maria Again soon!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. This was perfect! The house is very clean and bright and the pool is stunning. The house is built around the pool and both master bathrooms as well as the main area have access to the pool. The property manager, Julie, was very kind, helpful, and easy to reach. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway
Had a great time here. Wonderful property. The only downfall is the king size beds are 2 twin mattresses pushed together, so there was a gap. Other than that small detail, awesome place! Would stay here again.

Beautiful modern home in a prime, convenient location
We vacationed in Aruba with another family and enjoyed our stay very much at Villa Maria! The house is a perfect layout for 2 families, offering the perfect amount of privacy in the 2 bedroom wings and space for socializing in the huge main room. Our group also had 5 children among us, ages 4-8, and they loved playing in the pool every day after a long day at the beach. The house is located in a prime neighborhood, just minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island (one of our favorites was Arashi, just a 3 min drive from the house) and all the shopping and dining you will need for your stay in Aruba. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Villa Maria again on our next visit to Aruba- hopefully soon!

Dennis has a beautiful home to share and it was exactly if not better than advertised!
Julie was a lovely just. Quick to respond if need be. This is our second stay in Aruba and I definitely will be coming back and hope to stay here again. We enjoyed the home in its entirety and the island!!! Until next time!❤️❤️

Christmas in Aruba
This property is perfect for a large group. We had eight people in our group and found the house to be very comfortable for our stay. Julie met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know. Nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in the perfect area on the island. Close to the beach, shopping, etc. They had a Christmas tree set-up in the den for our celebration, which was perfect. It's so much more comfortable to stay in a house vs. a hotel in Aruba. I highly recommend this property for your next Aruba vacation.

Just amazing!
Okay, this was our 2nd visit back to Aruba and we could not have stayed at a better place! The process was easy, Freya was awesome in communication as well as accommodation to the property from the airport...upon checking in, Julie was informartive and most helpful in showing us where everything was and how to manuever through out the house. The location is perfect too! You’re literally 5-7mins away from the casinos, nightlife and beaches...There was 7 in my party and it was perfect, the pool inviting and the ambiance of the house was stellar and modern. Most of all, due to the hurricane which affected my parents flight, Dennis and his staff allowed us to stay additional nights which made life so easy... again Dennis thank you...
I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the luxe of a great vacation handled by an awesome staff! We will be back!

My First Aruba Trip
Beautiful House!, has all amenities to you will need on your trip down to a cooler for the beach. Local Property Manager was great! She was very attentive and only a call away. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. I would love to go back. Very close to beach and night life including restaurants.
