Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen! Optimale Lage. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und modern. Super schöner Balkon mit See Blick und gemütlichen Liegestühlen. Dritter Stock, kein Fahrstuhl. Das Gepäck muss mühsam hoch geschleppt werden. Die Parkplatz Situation ist katastrophal! Wer sein Auto ( ich fahre die B Klasse) mal so richtig schön kaputt fahren will, ist hier richtig! Es ist so eng wenn alles belegt ist, dass man nicht in die Lücke passt....oder nicht mehr aussteigen kann. Die Einfahrt ist schon ein Abenteuer. Habe auch gleich eine Schramme vom Nachbarn eingefangen. Sehr ärgerlich!! Am Ankunft Tag musste ich außerdem auf einem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz ausweichen, weil ich nicht mehr in die Lücke passte. Somit musste ich den Nachbarn erst Schriftlich auffordern sich anders hinzustellen. Der erste Urlaubstag war gelaufen!

Wohnung war sauber. Schlafcouch und Klappbett lassen zu wünschen übrig, beides sehr durchgelesen. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, vom Parkplatz (sehr eng) bis in die Wohnung sind 60 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist auch nicht optimal.

Schränke und Regale waren leider recht staubig, sowie die Heizung (Lüfter) im Bad mit dicken Staubflocken. Der Duschvorhang hätte einen Wechsel nötig gehabt und der Staubsauger war so verstopft, dass er nichts mehr aufsaugte. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war gemütlich, der Blick auf die Ostsee wunderbar.
