Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock. Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten zum dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet wie beschrieben.

Die Wohnungsgröße und Ausstattung wirklich Gut. Für die Radioanlage braucht man zwar ein wenig technisches Verständnis, aber auch da ist alles auf einem technisch hohen Niveau. Lediglich die Schaumstoffmatratzen in den Betten, damit können wir uns nicht anfreunden.
Das Bad ist sehr Ordentlich und bietet normalen Platz.
(Als Hinweis für Körperlich sehr kräftige Personen: Die Dusche ist nicht sehr groß und von daher für etwas Korpulente nicht geeignet).
Der Wohn.- Essbereich mit der kleinen Küche ist großräumig und gut ausgestattet, obwohl die Küche langsam an einigen stellen Erneuerung bedarf hätte, rein für die Optik. Allerdings gibt es eine Ausnahme, die Dunstabzugshaube. Nach dem ich die einschalten wollte, beim Frühstücksei kochen, hörte ich keine Geräusche wie sie eigentlich üblich sind, und nach dem wir uns diese von unten einmal genauer angeschaut haben waren wir davon überzeugt diese auch besser auszulassen. [DER FILTER IST WOHL SEIT DEM EINBAU NICHT MEHR GEREINIGT WORDEN :-(]
