Situated in Sugar Mountain, this attractive house for $953 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sleeping Accommodations: Four Seasons has five bedrooms, but two additional private sleeping areas. Main Level: Master King Upper Level: Master King, Master King, Master Queen, Room with Two Twins and Two Trundles Lower Level: Room with Queen and Twin over Twin Bunk, Master King Every detail has been considered in this luxury home that sleeps 20 and provides for the needs of each and every guest, from the expansive kitchen with double oven and over-sized refrigerator/freezer, to the 7.5 baths, numerous king and queen suites, and special spaces that are perfect for younger guests and young children or additional adult guests. The kitchen is a dream, with a gas range with double oven, over-sized refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers and a large kitchen island with bar stools for your guests, custom windows and ample storage. The dining area seats 10 and is supplemented with space in the living room to seat another 6, plus the three bar stools at the kitchen island, for a total of at least 19 on the main level. The living area is spacious, with generous seating and also a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, wood storage bin, 55" television, white oak floors, and windows with a view of the scenery. There is a beautiful master suite where you can enjoy your own 44" television or relax in the two separate his and hers baths, his with a gorgeous stone shower with pebble tile and hers with an elegant white tub that has spa-like atmosphere. There are also his and hers closets for your convenience. On the upper level you will find a queen suite with tub/shower and a 44" television.There are two king suites, each including baths with walk in showers, also with 44" televisions. You'll also find a trundle room with two built in twin beds and two pull out twin trundles, great for teens and pre-teens. The lower level of the home has a living room with poker table and pull out full couch and bathroom with tub/shower. There is one room with a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk, great for families with small children. There is also a King bedroom that includes a tub/shower. The home also includes a stunning home theater on the lower level, with a refreshment bar, comfortable seating and a 78" television. The laundry includes the latest appliances and a sink and cabinets to help with caring for guests' needs. In addition to the interior, guests have access to the fire pit for roasting marshmallows or visiting over an evening campfire. There is a hot tub on the property, on the covered patio, with a view of the mountain, and a not-to-be-missed gas outdoor fireplace with deck furniture and stainless grill. The grounds are large and are great for a walk or a hike from the property. Additional Notes: Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in Sugar Mountain. The check in process was very easy, the house is gorgeous and fit our family members of 17 people nicely. When we arrived we did notice that the main stove was not functioning properly only the small side worked which was inconvenient for our large family. However, I notified the property manager and they had a technician to the house and it ended up getting fixed. Other than that issue, we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well appointed and fully stocked with cooking supplies. There were plenty of linens and towels. There is a large TV in the main living room and TVs throughout the house, most bedrooms had there own full bathrooms and the water got nice and hot. Overall we really enjoyed this property and will probably return during another season !

The house is beautiful and accommodated my family well. The kitchen has everything you will need. The only thing I wasn't happy with was when I arrived, there was not a lockbox with the keys as described in the email. We gained entry to the house because the side door was unlocked. No one notified us. I had to call the 800 number in which the agent had to call and find out where the keys were and was told the owners changed the locks. Someone arrived the next morning to install a new lockbox and informed me that the keys were lost due to them busting open the lockbox to obtain the keys because no one knew the code. We had to leave and enter through the garage in order to lock the house while away. This doesn't take away from the overall stay, but better communication would have been appreciated.

The photos of the home and views from the back deck looked great in the photos but were even more spectacular in person. The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. We were very pleased with the home and location. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Home and Property
The house was very open and beautiful. The main space felt much larger than the photos. The back yard is also fantastic, with a large firepit, and lovely rocky terraces. There were a few maintainence issues that came up as we were at the property, but overall could not recommend this house more, I believe our group will be staying here again in the future.

The house was amazing and perfect for our group of friends and their families! Only complaint was that all 4 trashcans were full when arrived. With 4 families and no where to our trash was a bit frustrating.

Wonderful Retreat
Our real estate team and our families stayed here for a retreat weekend to get away. This property is MUCH nicer than the photos show. Absolutely blown away by how equipped the home was with everything we needed. The views were gorgeous and the back porch area was an amazing bonus for our trip. The windows in the bedrooms overlook the mountain range and it’s gorgeous to wake up to! If you’re considering this home just go ahead and book now ! You won’t reqret it.

This property is really fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Nicer than the pictures indicate. Close drive to sugar mountain resort for skiing. Very well stocked house and plenty of room for us. We slept 5 kids and four adults comfortably without using any pull out sofas etc. views are incredible from house. If we go back to the area we would stay again.

The property is outstanding and was a perfect house for our family. It had amazing views of the mountains, an incredibly large and well stocked kitchen, a large yard with a fire pit for s'mores and plenty of room for corn hull and badminton, and large bedrooms and baths. The porch was perfect for morning coffee complete with resident hummingbirds and room for board games. We found plenty of mountain hikes nearby and hope to stay at the Four Seasons in the future.

Four Seasons Family Gathering
The property is outstanding and was a perfect house for our family. It had amazing views of the mountains, an incredibly large and well stocked kitchen, a large yard with a fire pit for s'mores and plenty of room for corn hull and badminton, and large bedrooms and baths. Spectacular Mountain View’s
This property was amazing extremely well equipped for family members of all ages. It had everything we needed. Close to so many different towns to visit, spectacular views, great for family reunions. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations
We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday and were very happy. Pictures online did not even do justice to the actual views from the property. Accommodated 14 guests comfortably with room to spare. We were already talking about making a trip to Four Seasons an annual event. Outstanding!

Excellent for Corporate Staff Retreat
We held our team retreat here. It was close by to restaurants and grocery shopping while still feeling secluded. Mountain views were breathtaking. Beautiful home that is really new and well taken care of. We stayed a whole week and cooked at the house every night. The kitchen was well stocked with professional grade appliances and plenty of tools and serve ware. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely consider this home as a top choice for future events.

We were concerned our 18 guests may not be comfortable, but we could not have been more wrong. The house is beautifully designed with full bathrooms in every room. Everything was immaculate and the views speak for themselves. Would definitely stay there again.

Heaven in Banner Elk
Four Families had one of their best four day vacation at this Four seasons property. This place is just amazing. The property management was very courteous and checked in every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had some problem with getting the grill going and within an hour there was someone to fix it. The knobs were not installed properly so "MAX" was not actually "MAX" :)
The location is perfect and 30 minutes max from all places ( Linville falls, grandfather, boone, etc.). Food lion is right around the corner.
The three level house has 7 comfortable bedrooms. The house was stocked with everything you can think of. All you need to get is yourself and Food.
I'm surely visiting this place in the near future.

AMAZING!!
Planned a last minute elopement weekend for my daughter and fiancé and the immediate family. This house was PERFECT! The weather was very uncooperative and the actual ceremony had to take place in the house which was absolutely beautiful enough and large enough to accommodate! Great fun had by all! Lots of space for us to gather together or be alone. The master (aka honeymoon) suite was a welcome surprise at how amazing it was as well! The pool table, hot tub, and TV room were ideal and all had something to do that was enjoyed! The fire pit and Mountain View’s were just awesome!
I highly recommend this house for celebrations, retreats, or escapes from reality as it instantly relaxes you once you step inside!
