I enjoyed the location of the hotel.

It came with “free breakfast”, but i paid for it. One of the “free” days was for the day I checked in.. If check in is at 3pm, how are you supposed to enjoy “free breakfast?”

When I arrived, they had given my room away. They were double booked and apparently give away Bookit rooms first. I don’t feel comfortable using bookit in the future
